Perched on the side of a mountain and surrounded by forest is YOUR next vacation spot in our cozy and quaint cabin. The loft bedroom and the bedroom with adjoining bath in the basement compete for "our favorite"! The year-round mountain views are breathtaking!
Located outside of Murphy, NC (12 miles) you will find plenty of activities to fill your days. This area is rich in history, located in Cherokee County, you can visit the memorial for the "Trail of Tears". The local area also has countless antique stores and unique small-town gift stores. No need to worry, if you've forgotten something at home there are a number of large retail stores within 13 miles, including Lowe's, Wal-Mart and Ingles (grocery).
If you like adventure, there are plenty of opportunities for whitewater rafting and/or horseback riding. If adventure isn't your thing, take time to sit and relax on the beautiful deck with porch swing and enjoy your book and a glass of wine and cool mountain breezes. You'll be sure to enjoy our many hummingbirds!
