This well maintained home with an open, airy feel is within walking distance to Lake Erie and minutes from Cedar Point amusement park. It is also close to several berry farms for seasonal produce. The home has a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and new furniture. The absolute best part of the vacation was spending hours in the awesome pool in the backyard. We had three teenagers and two school age kids between two families. They all rated the vacation as a 10!

This home is a gem! We were two families with 5 children under the age of 8. We found the home to be as expected - large, comfortable and clean, it was well stocked with your everyday necessities but the best feature of this home has to be the backyard pool, the kids entertained themselves for hours having a blast! We found the neighborhood quiet and private and did spend time visiting some of the local attractions such as Cedar Point Amusement Park, fishing, the beach, as well as visiting the popular Put-in Bay Island. We had a great stay. Overall we would definetely recommend this home to family and friends. Thanks Judy for all your help.

We had 8 people in our group. Myself a 3, 9 and 10 year old, my parents and 2 adult friends. We were all very impressed with this house. My 2 older children thought it was better than the 3million dollar house we had in Hilton Head last year! The description is to a tee and if you look at other rentals in the area most want you to "provide you own linens." Everything and the some was providied in this house. She had everything from games to laundry detergent and coffee in the house for us to ulitize. The owners do stop by daily to maintain the pool. I didn't even see them until it was check out time and even if you do run into them they are some of the friendliest people you would ever meet. The drive to cedar point from the house is 10 minutes and one of the most scenic drives you could take to boot! I have raved on this house so much my neighbor is going to use it for thier vacation next year. There are tons of activities within 30 minutes of this location, yet it is a quiet spot for relaxation rather than a hotel or resort, espically for the price. Asked a lot of questions and almost didn't let us rent. Neighboors have full view of pool area and were there. the house was ok white carpet everywhere. strict parking rules. did get full deposit back. picture makes it look bigger than it is.

Owner response::) You're the first group of college kids we've allowed into our home and Yes, we do ask a lot of questions before we rent to anybody. We were also pleased with the way you left it. This is a luxury home and does have white carpet in 3 of the 6 rooms. We do not allow parking in the grass - this is not an unreasonable or strict parking rule. This is the only rating below a 5 that we've received. This home is almost 3000 Sq. Ft. and the pictures do justify it's actual size - It's a very, very large home. Thanks for staying with us! Our time in your lovely home was surpassed only by the family wedding at the Ritz Carlton in Cleveland and by our family reunion at the single tree winery. Thank you for providing all the accessories needed to make our visit stress free and so much fun. ( our karaoke machine kept everyone’s soul full of music.) Judy – we loved the house – plenty of space, clean and fully stocked. Everything worked great. Wonderful location and the kids thought the pool was fabulous! Next time we’ll book in advance for a longer vacation.
