Our home is located 10 minutes from downtown Seattle in Magnolia, an affluent residential community above Puget Sound. Nestled on a quiet residential street with underground wiring, so you have unobstructed views of downtown Seattle, Puget Sound and Mt. Rainier. Convenient to shops, restaurants, banking, sport facility, live theater and more!
It is a Tudor style home divided into 3 levels. On the main floor (entrance), you'll find an updated kitchen with high end appliances, slab granite with eating space, formal dining room, formal living room, den and gorgeous powder room. It is beautifully furnished and has all the luxuries and conveniences anyone could hope for in a vacation home.
The upper level has three bedrooms, full bath and office. The lower level has a laundry room, partially finished recreation room and bath.
The garage is not available for rent.

May-Sept 30 = $325/night...Oct 1 - Apr 30 = $275/night
A $500 deposit is required to secure a reservation.
Full payment is due 60 prior to stay
Upon arrival, the $500 deposit becomes a refundable damage deposit
A $150 cleaning fee is required and pet deposit of $200 when agreed to by owner
10.9% tax is applicable.
