Welcome to our home at 23 Tulip Poplar Turn, located in the Village at Bear Trap Dunes, Resort and 27 Hole Golf Course, just 2.5 miles from Bethany Beach, DE.
During your stay you'll be able to enjoy activities such as golf, swimming (two outdoor pools and one indoor pool), tennis, biking, fitness facility, basketball, outlet shopping, and walking on the beach. There is a beach shuttle to Bethany Beach, located outside our front door, which runs every 30 minutes in peak season.
Our 2200 sq ft home has a Legend floor plan, was built in 2004 and has been rated Platinum. You will be welcomed by a front porch with rockers and Adirondack chairs. The house has a beautiful open floor plan, with two master bedrooms with baths on the first floor (one king bed, one queen bed).
The third bedroom has a queen bed, the fourth bedroom has two twin beds, and the fifth bedroom has bunk beds (and PlayStation2). The sunroom has a queen size sleeper sofa. The great room has a big screen plasma TV and the house is equipped with wireless internet.
The kitchen is upgraded with top of the line appliances and Corian counters. It is fully equipped with everything you'll need and the grocery store (a Super Giant) is only a mile away. In addition, we have an outdoor gas grill connected to the house gas line, so you will never run out of gas.
There is seating for 8 at the dining room table plus 5 bar stools for the oversize breakfast bar. The entire house is decorated with Tommy Bahamas-style decor.
The feedback we get from renters is fantastic. They love all the amenities the house has to offer, as well as the location, and the convenience to the beach. Our home is perfect for families who love to get together and enjoy the beach in a quiet, neighborhood atmosphere.
