  We spent 5 nights at the 'Luxurious Home in Monarch Beach' over spring break. We are 2 adults, 2 kids, and one dog. The house was perfect for our family. Everything was very clean and in great condition. Chuck and Bill were very accommodating with every request and detail. Will come back again!

  I stayed here with my 4 kids, and another family that had 2 kids. The home was beautiful, well stocked, and way beyond what I had expected. The owner was great to work with, and the location is gorgeous. You have a beautiful view out the Master Bedroom, and there is even a grill out back to barbque. We will definitely come back and stay here again!

  We had our wedding at the St. Regis Monarch Beach Resort that weekend and wanted a place near the hotel our Family to stay at between the Ceremony at the Mission Basilica at San Juan Capistrano and reception at the St Regis. My family loved the house and though it was a great touch to our wedding day for our family to relax,rest, and stay over night. It was very convenient and a block away from the hotel. The house is located in a nice gated community and had plenty of parking close to the home. The house was beautifully decorated and fully equipped to be functional. The Master bedroom has a nice view to the Pacific Ocean and the back yard was comfortable for a BBQ. The house has a two door attached garage for two compact cars to fit comfortably. The property owner was very nice and accommodating to work with. I would definitely recommend this house for any family vacation and I would definitely rent this property again! Love It!

  We walked in and was very impressed! It really looks better in person than the pictures taken. The owners were very considerate and great to talk to having to make last minute plans. The view from the Master bedroom is breathtaking to wake up to! Absolutely would highly recommend staying here! A property that has more to offer than expected. We are going to be regulars for sure!

  We spent four nights over spring break and had a great time. The photos show that it is a nice property but it is even nicer in person. It is walking distance to the beach, but we found it worked best to drive rather than haul beach chairs, towels, etc. Pre-paid parking in the public lot at the beach was a reasonable $1.00 per hour. Good surf and the beach was very clean. We have recommended to our friends and will definitely stay here on our next trip to Southern California.

  This is an amazing home with a beautiful ocean view; we enjoyed watching sunsets from the dining room table. It is a quiet and very secure neighborhood. The house is incredibly clean and beautifully decorated with every modern convenience. We really enjoyed staying in this home and will be back again!

  We stayed at this beautiful home almost 2 weeks. It was comfortable and very well equiped with cooking utensils, dishes and paper supplies. All that is greatly appreciated. The central location was great also.

  This was a great vacation house, beautifully furnished and very, very clean! We were six adults and two toddlers and were very comfortable. The house is close to everything. Owners great too, they answered all of my many questions. Overall a great summer trip to the beach!

  What a Fabulous Home. I really needed to get out of heat and Chuck's place was perfect for me. The house was very clean, sheets were crisp, and the furniture was much better than I have come to expect from Vacation Rentals. I will be back next year.
