The first floor has three bedrooms and two full baths. The master bedroom has full ocean views with spectacular sunrises. The basement has a walk-out in-law apartment with full bathroom and kitchen.
Rental includes use of shared dock for swimming or kayaking, etc. Walk seconds away to Cat Cove to swim, fish, explore or launch your boat. Totman's Cove, a beautiful private (town-owned) sandy beach is just down the street. Also down the street is Sebasco Resort with golf, tennis, saltwater swimming pool, boating, kayaking, playground, fitness center, spa, and two restaurants. Spend the day at famous Popham Beach, just 5 miles away and then return to the solitude and spectacular views from this house.

Our large family had a wonderful time, the deck was our favorite place to gathering! We enjoyed being so close to Pompham Beach! There is a great lobster pound around the corner....3.85 a pound!

We had such a good time that it was truly magical. My oldest, from Oklahoma literally had to be dragged out of there. None of us had ever rented a home on the ocean before and the grandkids, being from a landlocked state, just couldn’t put it into words. We did SOOO much – Totham Cove, Popham four different times, whale watching in Boothbay, the Good Food Farm, Anna’s Waterfront Restaurant. Cooked Lobsters and steaks the last night and had a New Orleans’ “boil”, shopping in Freeport and Bath on the waterfront. We walked to the Cove at the bottom. Still tons to do that we didn't get to so definitely would like to come back. It was a perfect place for such a large family and the deck is incredible! There were 10 of us and absolutely plenty of room for everyone to have their space. We would highly recommend this place and hope we can come back sooner rather than later. Sara was gracious and helpful and wonderful to work with in planning our trip and accommodating our schedule.

Incredible views! Very spacious and comfortable for six women celebrating a birthday. Lots of nearby places to eat fresh lobster every day (We recommend Reds) and beautiful sightseeing. We got lost every day, but that just added to the adventure and discoveries. The house is light, well-appointed and comfortable, and there are some great neighbors around who were very friendly and welcoming. There are lots of brochures in the house, so you'll always find something to do. And if you're rain-bound, there's a couple of killer puzzles you'll never finish!

We rented for two weeks, two families (10 people) and found the living space perfect for a large group. The deck has wonderful views and is perfect for stargazing. The house location is great for trips to Popham Beach and to the Sebasco Resort, where you have access to golf, tennis and a large saltwater pool. Bath is only 20 minutes away, and Bath Iron Works is worth a visit. The house was clean and the owner very easy to work with. The only drawback for us was that there wasn't any outdoor area to speak of, where the kids could play ball or badminton etc. We had six kids from ages 7-16.

Just spent a week in this wonderful, comfortable house. We loved the open top floor kitchen, DR, LR with sliding glass doors on 2 walls to the wraparound deck and the ocean views and sounds. Plenty of patio furniture, including picnic tables with umbrellas. No steps down from that deck,...so no worries for families with little ones or a pet! Even a large group would never feel "on top of each other", and the house has everything to make it a real home away from home, including a washer & dryer, dishwasher, a shelf full of books, and a big screen TV with cable in case you have a rainy day. You can get to the water from the shared dock in front of the house, at Cat Cove (a 2 minute walk down the street) or go to Popham for a beach-ier experience. Really fresh seafood available 6 or 7 places along the road in from Bath. A quiet, peaceful setting...but within 20-30 minutes of more if you want/need it...grocery stores, a movie theater & more restaurants. Less than an hour to Freeport outlet shopping and LL Bean. The owner was very accomodating and responsive...a pleasure to work with. Thinking about making a vacation in Phippsburg an annual family event!

We had a great family reunion in this house. It has a huge kitchen, dining and living room and includes wi-fi and flat screen T.V. The porch has wonderful views, comfortable chairs and best of all no mosquitos up there. The owners were great getting our security deposit back and had one minor problem solved quickly.

We had a fantastic time staying in this comfortable house.....large family room/dining room/ party kitchen is perfect for large families. The wrap-around deck is great for barbecues and happy hours. Convenient to Popham State Park Beach, kayaking, antiquing and other activities. This was a great base for a fun vacation in Maine.
