Our lovely home has 5 spacious bedrooms featuring two master suites both with king size beds. The other bedrooms are one queen, two twins and a great children's room with two sets of bunks. There is also a crib available. We love kids so our home is kid friendly with everything from a highchair to children's table and bikes.
Bayside is a quiet family oriented Delaware community where your entire family can enjoy a host of recreational activities, including an award-winning 18-hole Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course. Spend the day at the beautiful pool with a fun splash zone for kids and spacious hot tub. The Pavilion hosts game room with shuffleboard and electronic golf. Adventurers can kayak the bay, fish on the pier or take a walk on the nature trail. Our home also provides 4 adult bikes to use on the wide streets in the Bayside community where you can bike to watch live entertainment, enjoy carousel rides on the Green or let the kids play in 2 play grounds with everything from climbing wall, puppet theater and tube slides. Just a short walk away, is a Starbucks in the Harris Teeter grocery store. The family will love the boardwalks in Bethany and O.C. There are even amusement parks! After sun and surf, choose between nightlife or family time.

This property was a great place for my family to use during out vacation in the Fenwick Island/Ocean City area. The owner answered all our questions, provide us with information on the Bayside complex, use of their bikes and beach equipment. My grandchilden had a great time at the pool/spash pad and carrousel areas (there is a pool pass that you need to buy but the owner can get them for you). The pictures provide here on this site are true and some of the extra nice things are two refrigerators (the 2nd one in the laundry room, a small stand alone ice maker and a video collection of DVDs to keep everybody happy. A big super market, ice cream store, bank (ATM) and restaurant are at the entrance to the community. There were 8 adults and 6 children staying and everybody had prenty of room, kids area to play in and watch movies, a back porch, a front porch with a swing (my wife loved that) and enough room to park four cars in the driveway. Two master bedrooms, one on the first floor with an amazing bathroom) and one on the second floor with a full bathroom. I would rent this property again.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children.
