This is an "Oh my gosh!" oceanfront home. Situated right on a sandy beach in the security gated neighborhood of Neskowin. Lincoln City is only 10 minutes south.
There is a wonderful wood burning fireplace, (wood provided), open-beamed ceilings, tongue and grooved redwood throughout, and walls of windows. This is where you go to sit by the fire and watch winter storms roll through, or, relax on the full length oceanfront deck on sunny days. The house is architect designed and very special. The third bedroom, often used for kids, is in a separate wing.
Everything you could need is provided including paper goods, spices, linens, kitchen utensils, soaps, movies, games, high speed internet computer, etc.
Neskowin is a private beachfront community located at one of the most picturesque locations on the Oregon coast. Our own website which is linked below, shows just some of the magnificent sights that are nearby.
Lincoln City has a great selection of restaurants, a casino, outlet mall, four golf courses, crabbing, horseback riding, antique stores, and wonderful bakeries.

Rate Details (In US Dollars)
6/15- 9/15 + holidays, $395 per night, $2700/week (minimum of 1 week required).
Mar 1-June 14, and Sept 16-30, $295 per night, $2000/week. 2 night min.
Oct 01-Feb 28 .. $275/night, $1900/week, 2 night min.
$100 cleaning fee. Added deposit for pet required. 1% tax.
Cancellation 45 or more days ahead, 100% of deposit returned.
Less than 45 day cancellation, deposit or rent refunded at proportion
of days that are re-rented. Holidays at summer rates, 3-4 night minimum
$300 refundable security/damage deposit.
