This is an "Oh my gosh!" oceanfront home. Situated right on a sandy beach in the security gated neighborhood of Neskowin. Lincoln City is only 10 minutes south.
There is a wonderful wood burning fireplace, (wood provided), open-beamed ceilings, tongue and grooved redwood throughout, and walls of windows. This is where you go to sit by the fire and watch winter storms roll through, or, relax on the full length oceanfront deck on sunny days. The house is architect designed and very special. The third bedroom, often used for kids, is in a separate wing.
Beds have just been replaced for all queen and king beds, WiFi has just been added, BluRay and flat screen TV now available with additional cable channels added so you don't miss the big game. iPod docking stereo in the living room and master bedroom.
Everything you could need is provided including paper goods, spices, linens, kitchen utensils, soaps, movies, games, high speed internet computer, etc.
Neskowin is a private beachfront community located at one of the most picturesque locations on the Oregon coast. Our own website which is linked below, shows just some of the magnificent sights that are nearby.
Lincoln City has a great selection of restaurants, a casino, outlet mall, four golf courses, crabbing, horseback riding, antique stores, and wonderful bakeries.

September 16-30 and March 1 - June 14 = $335 per night and $2290 per week
June 15 - September 15 and Holidays = $425 per night $2900 per week (7 nt minimum)
1% Lodging Tax. Cancellation 45 or more days ahead, 100% of deposit returned.
Less than 45 day cancellation, deposit or rent refunded at proportion
of days that are re-rented. Holidays at summer rates, 3-4 night minimum

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay -- two weeks for us with guests joining on the weekend for my husband's birthday. Although storming with wind and rain, the house was warm and comfortable. Loved, loved being directly on the beach -- allowed us to walk our dog frequently as well as watch all of the action the storms brought in. Nice to be in a community with no additional traffic. We will definitely be checking into going again."

"The service we received in obtaining this rental was efficient and helpful. The directions were clear and concise. The rental was awesome with all of the amenities one would ever need. The view of the ocean and the "rock"was fantastic, especially with the wrap-.around windows . It was a great getaway and would recommend a stay to any of my friends. Access to the beach could be more friendly."

"We (our very large family and extended Family} have been coming to Neskowin for 30+ years staying at a # of Vaca Homes. This is our favorite! Very accomodating owners and just a wonderful spot. The Great Room/Kitchen area w/ wood burning fireplace is spectacular w/ floor to ceiling glass allowing you take in all the action of the ever changing dynamics of the Oregon Coast. If you want to bring your pet along - no problem. The 3 Br's - all w/ their own baths - is also an added plus. We Love the experience and are now visiting 3 times a year!"
