Only steps away from your favorite beach spot are Calypso's two 175 foot long gorgeous Gulf-front pools (one of which is heated) with plenty of lounge chairs, the Tiki Hut, which has adult and kid beverages, an ice machine and clean restrooms. For the really dedicated, there is a fitness center above the lobby with an ocean front beach view.
Calypso is across the street from PIER PARK entertainment and Shopping Complex, where you will find all of your favorite shops and tons of restaraunts, including TARGET (with groceries), STARBUCKS, PANERA BREAD, FIVE GUYS BURGERS AND FRIES, BACK PORCH, MARGARITAVILLE, GUY HARVEY'S - and even a 16 screen Theatre Complex with stadium seating! The kids will go nuts for the carnival rides and the Marble Slab Creamery! You can also eat on the beach by calling Fatty's Sandwich Shop, who deliver on the beach exclusively for Calypso guests!!
Once you are done on the beach and with your shopping, return to this upscale Tommy Bahama style, ALL TILE, spacious unit and have a beverage at the wet bar while catching the game on any of the 4 LCD flat screen TVs. While you are in the living room watching the 42 inch (with the ocean view of the sunset as your backdrop), the kids can catch a dvd on their TV in the bunk room, and your guests can relax in their queen bedroom with their own bath. And if you want to take advantage of the fresh seafood markets just down the road, the kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to cook your meal and ice to chill your shrimp! You can even stay connected with free WIFI in the unit.
Your luxury accommodations include a Gulf-front master with a king-sized bed, 42 inch LCD TV, private bath with two sinks and granite vanity, huge walk-in closet and sliding glass door to the huge 21 foot long balcony, which has plenty of room to watch the gorgeous sunset. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and direct access to the hall bath, which also has two sinks and a granite vanity. The king and queen beds each have a Serta Supreme Pillowtop Mattress. The kids will love the BONUS bedroom with bunk beds. All three bedrooms have flat screen LCD TVs and DVD players. The living room also has a queen size sleeper sofa so the whole family will be comfortable! If you can resist the view, all bedrooms and the living room have black-out curtains, for when you want to sleep in or take an afternoon nap.
There are breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico from the kitchen, living room and master bedroom. The balcony, which spans the length of the unit, has seating and tables with great views of the emerald waters! The sunsets from the balcony are truly breathtaking!
Pack light - you will find a pack and play, high chair, booster seat, sippy cups, beach toys, kids games, kids and adult books and videos! This unit is perfect for a family vacation! This 6th floor oasis is just high enough to escape the hustle and bustle below and offers privacy you do not have on the lower floors, without being so high you can't feel connected to the beach.
There are a variety of seasonal activities conveniently located on-site such as jet skiing, parasailing, catamaran rental and banana boat rides. These activities can be arranged at the beach side kiosk for an additional fee. Your vaction spot also has a book with restaraunt menus, maps of the area and information on local attractions.
We rent to families and adults 25 years and older. We do not rent to any vacationing students or young adults under the age of 25 unaccompanied by a responsible adult (parent or guardian) who will be at the property for the entire stay.

The condo is very clean, spacious, and nicely furnished. The pictures tell an accurate story – (the kitchen even has a few aesthetic upgrades from the pictures). The kitchen and bathrooms are all well stocked with supplies you need for a week’s stay – many other condos we've stayed at do not. The included beach chair service cannot be overestimated – it really makes a difference if you like to spend time on the beach. The managers responded lighting fast to one service request we made for a stuck garbage disposal and sent our deposit refund within 4 days of departure. We were very pleased and will look to rent from these owners again!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children.

The condo was absolutely beautiful, spacious,and clean. The only complaint I have is not being able to stay a very long time. I could absolutley stay for a month. I'm more the stay in the condo person, not once did I ever get bored, it was very peaceful and quiet, just what I went on vacation for. I have already recommended this place, and now looking forward to go back again. Our deposit was returned sooner than I thought it would be as well. The pier is very close which was a plus for my husband and son who stayed on the pier fishingRecommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We had a wonderful time at this home away from home condo. The decor was beautiful and the 3 bedrooms gave my family plenty of room. The location was great, within walking distance to anything you would need! Owners were amazing, and available if we needed anything-before, during and after our trip! We had a wonderful vacation and we'll definately be back!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

WOW THIS CONDO HAS EVERYTHING YOU COULD POSSIBLY NEED!! I LOVED THE LOCATION, THE DECOR IS AMAZING AND THE LOCATION IS IDEAL! JACQUELINE WAS GREAT TO WORK WITH AND SEND MY DEPOSIT BACK VERY QUICKLY. THIS IS THE 2ND TIME I HAVE BOOKED ONE OF HER CONDO'S AND THE ONLY OWNER I WILL DO BUSINESS WITH. THE CONDO WAS VERY CLEAN AND EVEN CAME WITH A STARTER SUPPLY KIT. I stayed for a week with my husband and two kids. It's a beautiful property at a beautiful location. The owners left great instructions and recommendation at the property, and the property was very clean. All the furniture was in great condition, including the balcony furniture. The kitchen was stocked with all the pots, pans, plates and silverware we needed for the 7 days we stayed there. It's directly on the beach, and I LOVED opening the balcony doors every morning to hear the ocean. Pier Park held nearly everything we needed and Target and Publix were nearby. The owners recommended the Saltwater Grille establishment, and it was the best seafood I've ever had. Absolutely nothing happened that was disturbing or disappointing in any way. We had a very relaxing week. I will most definitely stay there again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
