This beautiful one bedroom, handicap accessible throughout, one bath Condo is like home away from home! The warm tropical decor immediately puts you in the "Maui Mood". It is located in the heart of Kihei, away from traffic noise, just across the street from the beach, It overlooks very quiet, tropical courtyard that leads to a great pool, Jacuzzi and covered BBQ area.
There is a hide-a-bed in the living room and easily sleeps four with lots of comfortable seating. A TV, VCR, VCR Video movie library, DVD and radio with disc player are there for entertainment (Block Buster is two blocks away). The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, pots and pans, coffee pot, blender and toaster. If you need to do laundry while you are visiting, it's located right outside the door to the right.
You can walk a short distance to the grocery store, post office, restaurants, church and of course, the beach. Folding beach chairs, beach mats and beach towels and a cooler are included for your pleasure! Enjoy a morning swim in the ocean or take in Maui's spectacular sunsets without having to get in your car! It can't get any better than this for some great down time for a great price! Come to relax and enjoy the estate!

Nov 1-Apr 30 .. $115-$135/night (depending on length of stay).
For stays longer than 28 nights, rate is negotiable!
All bookings for less than 8 nights require an $85 cleaning fee.
Deposit due within 10 nights required to hold booking (25%).
Payment in full due 30 nights prior to arrival.
Please add Hawaii Tax of 13.42% to all rates.
Checkin after 2pm,checkout before 11am. Security Deposit required.

this was our 7th time at Kihei Garden Estates, but the first in this unit. I love that it faces the courtyard, away from the road noise. it was quiet, had everything we needed. We enjoy KGE - it's quiet(er), away from the bulk of the tourists, and has shopping, restaurants and beaches within a short walking distance
Recommended for:People with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+.

We had the most wonderful time here in Maui; a great time for Father and Son to share. Papa (Peter) Papa stayed up past his bedtime all week and we had great BBQ's at the pool. It was great! Travis
