  We've stayed at a couple dozen or more VRBOs in U.S., Canada and Hawaii. This one ranks in the Top 10! Stayed here while researching potential retirement locations. Absolutely agree with all previous reviews. Quiet location with lots of amenities and friendly folks close to all the beaches and Rt. 1 shopping, restaurants, movies, etc. Neat as a pin comfortable home. Very responsive owners. Disappointed by 'Frankenstorm Sandy' chasing us home 3 days early! Hope to return in the spring to continue research.

  This was the perfect rental--a real find at what we felt was a very fair price. The house was clean, spacious and very comfortable with cable and central a/c, and because it is on a cul-de-sac, very quiet. It has the advantage of being part of a community, so there is a pool and great spaces for riding bikes if you have kids. Cape Henlopen State Park is only 10-15 minutes away. We found the owners to be very gracious, even arranging to get back to us an item we left at the house. Highly recommended!

  My family of 3 just returned from a week stay in this beautiful home. It had all of the amenities you would expect and more. Located in a quiet community it was perfect distance to the beach and shopping, but also far enough away to relax in the evenings tucked away from all the hustle and bustle. There is a great pool with diving board and playground for the kids with plenty of room to soak up the rays for mom. It truly felt like a home away from home and we would love to return.

  We just got back from a beautiful week at the beach ! The house was great for us (family of 5) -- super convenient location, quiet cul de sac, very comfortable beds, and nice flat screen TV with "better than basic cable" was nice for watching US Open all week ! We played tennis every morning ourselves. Dan was super easy to work with & accomodated us even with Irene blowing thru on Saturday. We will come back : ' )

  We had a great time staying at this house! The information and pictures on the website are very accurate. The house is very clean and spacious. The location is great, far enough away from the busy highway but close enough to enjoy the beach! The owners are very helpful and easy to work with.

  This house was wonderful, and perfectly priced too!!! Very clean, in a nice neighborhood. The pictures of the home are very accurate, this home is very cozy. We loved that for each of the 3 bedrooms there was an individual bathroom with a shower, this was very convenient. The owners were happy to answer any and many questions we had before our stay. Can't wait to stay here again!!

  The house had all the bases covered. Comfortable, convenient with a well appointed kitchen my wife refused to use. Great restaurants in Rehobeth and Lewes.

  2 glorious weeks with full cooperation from the weather. House is cute as a button with the pool close by for the kids. The crabbing dock was a hit.
