INFINITO, built as new construction in 2008, is an ultra modern "CondoTel" complex in the heart of Playa Del Carmen... only steps from the shopping, nightlife, and soul of 5th Avenue - and also one block from the beach.
Playa Del Carmen is located 50 minutes south of Cancun - in the Mayan Riviera, and can easily be reached via taxi cab, rental car, or bus.
If you are looking for modern luxury and the best location in town, this is the place to stay. Finish materials such as granite floors & counters, glass tile bathrooms, a stainless kitchen, and large sliders for natural light place these units in a league of their own.
Off the main living area of your condo is a large courtyard with patio table & chairs... which can be illuminated at night for entertaining or just relaxing. High ceilings, minimalist design, modern art, and a stark white interior bring the flavor of Miami to Playa Del Carmen.
Outside... the roof top garden with endless-pool allows you to cool off while taking in ocean views from atop the building, or fall asleep in our cabana chairs. At night, the roof deck can be illuminated for entertaining or relaxing.
Modern amenities you'll enjoy include three Flat Screen Plasma TV's (living room / master suite / guest suite), Cable TV, DVD Player, Internet, Central AC, Full Kitchen with coffee maker / blender / glasses / utensils and cookware, modern furnishings, and a smart living room layout that provides "indoor / outdoor living" when the patio sliders are opened all the way.
Though Playa is a very safe & quiet town, a Security Guard is on duty 24 hours a day (every day) at Infinito's main entrance. Your condo has a private internal entrance with an Elevator to all levels. Additionally, private underground parking is provided for one car during your stay.
Keys are available upon check in, and a private code-enabled lock box ensures you can always have your key on hand when returning to your condo.
Nearby... we are located just a short walk to famous Mamita's Beach, and the incredible "5th Avenue" is located one block from your front door - where you'll find all of the best restaurants, shopping, nightlife, and culture in Playa Del Carmen.
You will not need a rental car or taxi when you stay here - as everything is within walking distance ! Other popular nearby attractions that can be reached via car or bus include the ancient ruins of Tulum, Xel Ha Park & Aquarium, Xcaret Eco Park, and the world class diver's paradise island of Cozumel - which is 50 minutes from Playa Del Carmen by ferry boat.

This place is perfect. I've been going to Playa Del Carmen once or twice a year for the last 7 years and this place has topped our list. The location is perfect; one block to the beach & one block off fifth. Infinito felt super private; we didn't see anyone else at the pool for the 11 days we stayed. The furniture, fixtures and finishes were top of the line and very well put together. It's new construction and you could tell that the developer went out of their way to make Infinito arguably the best condo complex in Playa. The maid & security service was right on point. The rental process went super smooth and the owner went above and beyond what was expected of him. As you can tell I highly recommend staying here and I will come back. We purchased the condo in 2008 because we love the town of Play Del Carmen and visit often. Our location is steps from 5th Ave and the beach and just a few blocks to Mamita's and Kool beach club.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
We enjoy sitting on the beach during the day and watching the sun set in the evening from our roof-top pool. The restaurants and bars located all around us in town are exceptional, and the excursions you can enjoy all throughout the region are great (nature parks, ancient Mayan ruins, ATV's, horseback riding, deep sea fishing, parasailing, jet skis, private boat charters, more).
