"SEALINK" One of the BEST locations in Seaside! This wonderful home, in Seaside proper, is the third house on Odessa Street at the west end of Seaside. "SEALINK" is only 4 houses north of the beach and 4 houses south of the swimming pool.
With it's quaint picket fence and over-sized wrap around porch, "SEALINK" offers so many places to relax and enjoy the gulf breezes. On the screened porch, you will find comfortable seating, swing, gas grill, and dining table for just kicking back after a day on the beach or entertaining your family and friends. Even the sound of the rain on the porch roof from an occasional summer shower makes reading a good book read better.
As you enter the house, an expansive foyer with staircase leads to the second and third floors. Beautiful bright beach colors are incorporated into the furnishings and original works of art throughout the house. In addition to the porch, you will find there are many comfortable places to relax. A large living room with wood burning fireplace is full of natural light provided by the many windows just below the ceiling and open rafters. A brick floored atrium at the very center of the house also provides natural light to the kitchen, living room, and master suite located on the first floor. The master suite is furnished with king bed, large dressing room, TV, and shower for two.
A spacious, casual eat in kitchen opens to the living room as well as the back deck. Dining and entertaining al fresco is accomplished from the screened side porch. The kitchen is fully equipped for those gourmet meals. The half bath and laundry room with full size washer and dryer are also located adjacent to the kitchen.
Up the stairs to the second floor are two bedrooms with private baths and TVs. One bedroom is furnished with a king bed and the other with twin beds. The third floor tower room with gulf views boasts two cushy chaise lounges to read a good book or view a movie on the TV with DVD player. The fourth floor covered tower (reached by climbing the ship's ladder) provides a perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee as the town awakens or breath taking sunsets and unsurpassed 360 degree views of the Gulf Of Mexico, Seaside, and surrounding areas.
"Sealink" also offers a guest cottage as a fourth bedroom and bath over the garage. "SAIL IN" guest cottage is perfect for teens or young adults. Sleeping accommodations include two day beds and a loft with a double mattress. A small kitchen, full bath with shower only and TV round out the accommodations.

The weather was great, but we would have been in good shape if it had rained. We really appreciate the water cooler. Thank you for the coffee mugs and mouse pad. The minute I got home our mouse was resting on a great picture and memory of Seaside.
