Half of the west-facing patio is covered and half is open for enjoying the desert sun. Grill your steak on the gas grill as you watch the sun set behind the mountains. Pick some ruby grapefruits for fresh-squeezed juice. The pool and hot tub are only a few steps away. Take the 4-person golf cart for a ride to the Clubhouse for dinner or drinks, or to hit balls at the driving range, or for a fun cruise through the miles of beautiful homes, golf courses and landscaping of PGA West.
The sunny 1300 sq. ft. condo is a great option for one or two couples or a family. There are new tile floors throughout, with carpet in the bedrooms. The home is furnished in a casual traditional style, including butter-soft leather couches in the living room. One of them is a full/double sleeper sofa. The two master suites each have queen beds. All bedding and towels are provided. There is complimentary Wi-Fi access. The kitchen has plenty of storage and is fully equipped. There is cable television in the living room and one bedroom.
The gated community of the golf mecca PGA West has 6 excellent golf courses with over 100 other fine courses nearby. Enjoy fine and casual dining, such as Arnold Palmers' and the Hog's Breath Saloon, only minutes away. There is a world class spa at the La Quinta resort nearby. The excellent shopping of El Paseo, the Living Desert and the outlet mall at Cabazon are a short drive. Hiking, biking, tennis, gym, trams, casinos and other activities are close by, or simply enjoy the warm sunshine on the patio or at the pool.
