Because of the units location in building you have a fantastic view of the ocean and also downtown PV which is unique because it is right on the ocean (walk across the malecon). Equipped with everything you could ever want. Includes all cooking items and beach equipment (chairs/umbrellas etc). Ocean, restaurants, stores are close at hand. Like having your own private swimming pool as it is so large and unoccupied most of the time. No need to cab it anywhere. Treatment by condo mgr, Carlos, is first class and all the outside staff are happy and helpful. Cannot think of anything that might need improving. Size of the unit is unbelievable. Three couples would have a great time there. Owners are very easy to work with, no hassles or contracts etc. Would have no trouble recommending this unit to anybody. Enjoy

Location. Location. Location. The location of this condo cannot be beat! Walk right out the door to the malecon and the heart of PV with your choice of restaurants and shops. This beautiful condo is immaculate with every comfort waiting for you. Our family (2 adults and 2 adult sons) all had our own spacious bedrooms with their own baths. The huge balcony is truly amazing with ocean and mountain views and very comfy furniture. We loved being able to keep in touch with family back home with their free vonage phone and wi-fi. We definitely recommend this property to anyone who wants a luxurious, relaxing home away from home vacation. Thank you for the opportunity to enjoy your home!!

3 BFF couples came to PV for a mutual friends' daughter's wedding in early June. Because we all are high maintenance travelers, we needed 3 queen or king bedrooms and our own bathrooms. Ask and you shall receive! The friends, who are the parents of the bride, and own a second home up in the hill of PV, fell in love with this condo development right on the beach: Molina de Agua. The unit we rented was amazing in every way, starting with the unit owners' complementary van service to/from the airport. The on site property manager, Carlos, welcomed us, and remained available to respond to questions/needs during our stay. The unit is flat out gorgeous, ridiculously spacious, with killer views off a terrace that is the size of Montana. We arranged for daily maid service at very affordable rates, and lounged at the on site affinity pool on the property that also has arrangements with nearby restaurants to provide tasty traditional food and beverages poolside. The owners could not have been more gracious, very responsive on email and by phone in making the arrangements prior to our trip. And walking to the beachfront restaurants and along the Malecon, once you are comfortably ensconced, is a must. Of course, the staff at the entrance to the gated complex, easily secures taxis to anywhere you want to go, in under 60 seconds. A Fully equipped, gorgeous condo awaits you, if you are fortunate enough to secure this unit.

This condo is incredible! It exceeded our expectations and is better than advertised. Pictures also don't do complete justice. The condo is in THE BEST BUILDING and is in THE BEST LOCATION in PV. Once you arrive via a quick 20 min cab from the airport, you will never have to take a cab anywhere. It is within walking distance from everything - grocery stores, the best restaurants, the best bars/clubs, the best beaches, etc. The condo also has it all. A well stocked (minus food of course) kitchen, free wifi which if you don't bring a computer you can connect to your iphone/bb, complimentary phone service incl vonage, cable with US channels, flat panel TVs everywhere, beach/pool toys and equipment, etc. Also, the outdoor balcony is amazing! It is huge and features a table and chairs for 6 and 2 full length lounge chairs. Perfect for dinner and having a few drinks while watching the daily firework display at night. One other point worth making, you feel very safe here. There are guards at the gate at night and the property is very secure. We couldn't have been more satisfied with this condo and strongly recommend it.
