  This vacation rental met our high expectations. Our trips to South Florida are usually very hectic but coming back at the end of the day felt like coming home. With the beautiful layout of the back yard, complete with the pool, deck and the inter coastal, it was hard to leave during the day. Even with two grown children and our 95 year old mom, the house offered wonderful space. The kitchen allowed us to enjoy some great meals in and was stocked with all the amenities from pots & pans to spices. The gas grill was easy to use and dependable. There was a very nice laundry room with extra linens, plenty of towels and even pool toys. We are already homesick for our "home away " .

  We rented this lovely home for a week and had a great time. Unfortunately Tropical Storm Debby put a damper on our outdoor activities but we still enjoyed our time here. The house itself is very clean, spacious, and offers a great deal of comfort. Beds were clean and very comfortable. There were abundant towels and linens; everything you need. Very convenient location. Close by to all the beaches, restaurants, and shopping. My husband is a huge fan of Flanigan's now! The pool and deck in the back are on the canal and very tranquil - good for reading and relaxing. I would go back and gladly stay here again. Thank you so much - Connie.

  We had everything we needed - quiet and peace was one of them. We loved sitting by the pool and the canal reading our books and soaking up the great weather. We were within walking distance to Starbucks, 2 gyms, Public Grocery Store, and some great restaurants (Peking Duck House, Giannis and Cafe Max). We had a great time walking on the beach (1 mile east of us), and also visiting Ft Lauderdale Beach, Lauderdale by the Sea and Los Olas Blvd. Thank you - Linda and Spike

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

  Hi Kristy, I'm just reaching out to see if you could make any suggestions for me. My only experience with VRBO was you and I was very impressed. I need to get away from the snow, so I booked a flight to see my son in Pompano. I checked and it looks like your place is booked. I'm not crazy about staying in a hotel. Do you have any other rentals or contacts I could use? Don't need a big place (just my husband & I) but really enjoyed your pool, and am looking for something as fabulous as your wonderful home. thanks, Emily

  We just had the best vacation ever. Still can't believe I am still saying it. My 2 teenage daughters were happy with the gym within walking distance and the beach so close too. My husband enjoyed all the golfing that was literally within a 2 mile area. I could meet him at the 19th hole with no problem. Your house manager Jo jo met us the first day to show us the property. The house is very well maintained, and she was very helpful with where to eat and where to shop. The girls loved that help. Weather was raining the first few days , but we all managed to still get a wonderful tan. We Thank You once again. Hopefully see you again next year!! And the girls even want to come back with us, if we let them.

  My family and friends had a nice time at this house. The kicthen has the basic supplies and appliances to cook. I'm a person who likes to cook for my family and I was able to do so. The children had a great time fishing at the canal. They were able to fish a blue crab. The pool was nice and warm. Kristy was very efficient in getting messages back to me right away. Thanks Kristy for everything. My only suggestion would be a door lock in the second bathroom.
