  This house was great! It was everything we needed for our group of 3 adults and 5 kids (three families). Each bedroom has its own bathroom, and that was a plus for us. The pool and hot tub were amazing as well, when we finally figured out how to get the heat going to them. The walk to the beach was not too far at all. We were within walking distance to Outback Steakhouse, and right across Hwy 98 from Destin Commons (great shopping) The dining room table seats 8 people comfortably, so we had some nice meals together there. There is a flat screen TV in each bedroom, as well as a HUGE one in the living room. It was like being in a theater! I would rent this house again for sure, and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

  My family stayed here the week of July 4th and loved it! The house was beautiful and clean. The kitchen was very well stocked. There were 9 of us and we had plenty of space to spread out, but the table was large enough we all could eat together! Absolutely loved the pool and yard. Close to the beach, shopping and restaurants! Accurate description on the web site. The owner was very helpful. We had great fun and made wonderful memories. Hated to leave and would definitely stay again!

  Listing description was accurate on location and size of property. Loved the layout. Would however, like to see both the pullout couches repaired and decent mattresses added. We had to use the extras upstairs for 2 of our girls to be able to try to sleep in the loft and couldn't use the downstairs pull-out at all. Loved the pool and hot tub, being within walking distance of the beach and the washer/dryer on-site. Owner was very helpful in answering our questions and working with us. Would NOT hesitate to stay again! Our kids loved it!

  This house has it all!! We rented the entire house which was perfect for us. The children were able to sit downstairs watch a movie and relax while we were in the pool or just grabbing some sun. We loved the tiki bar, big yard and the wrap around deck. This house is everything it is said to be! The location is also great, close to the beach, stores and restaurants.

  Recommended for: Families with young children.

  we have rented many properties over the past ten years in Destin but this was the first one my husband loved so much he would love to go back to! we couldnt get enough of the backyard. We brought our dogs and they were so spoiled and loved spending so much time outside all week. The house had room for everyone with room to spare. No one complained about anything! and the location is awesome...everything you could want is right down the street, the ice cream man even comes by! loved it!

  Rob's rental home was fabulous. My wife, kids, friends and mother stayed here and loved it. It is a short walk to beach across one street (old 98)(not a big deal), stores are close enough for kids to walk to also ( I would say if 14 and over). The place was clean, spacious and organized. Plenty of room and the pool and hot tub were well kept and nice! Nice place, friendly area to bicycle, shop, fish and walk around. No complaints...plan on coming back soon. Rob was very courteous, honest and easy to reach. My kids turned 14 and 15 here, they were old enough to tackle going to the beach and mall by themselves from this location. And I worry about these type things (traffic, thugs,etc).I felt comfortable day and evening letting them explore in safe environment. At this home you are not alienated from society and also not being destroyed by condo close quarter encounters :(. So, I say......don't book it so I can!!!! :).

  10 of us stayed at the house, only 1 block from the beach! The backyard is beautiful, the pool is a nice size and the tiki bar is fun! The downstairs apartment really gave us the space we needed. We were surprised that there were beach chairs and an umbrella available for our use, It was a bonus. The kitchen is well stocked, the linens are nice too. We have rented in Destin before, and this is by far our favorite place we've stayed. What you see on the website, is what you get...it was awesome! Thanks again for making our multi family vacation memorable, despite the rain and threats of oil.
