Our Oceanfront Cottage at Sunrise with 1750 sq ft living is located in a safe bay (great for swimming) at the Eastern Point of the island. The property has 8200 sq ft and 110 ft at the ocean. The area is safe in a residential upper middle class. The cottage is off the main road, in a private cul-de-sac, very quiet and secluded, yet close to amenities, Nassau downtown and to Paradise Island where the Atlantis Hotel is and where most boat excursions leave from.
On the ground floor there is 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, the open living-dining-kitchen area with an all over the length back porch facing the ocean with unobstructed views, separate corner for washer/dryer.
The upper floor features 2 spacious bedrooms with a walking closet each and 1 big bathroom.
Create an indoor-outdoor life style by simply opening the French Doors from the living-dining-kitchen to the main porch where you can enjoy unobstructed ocean views and ocean breeze.
Choose where you want to have your meals and cocktails: Inside, on the porch, in the garden, at the ocean, on the breakwater.
Sunbath, go for a swim, snorkel, relax under a Palm tree or undertake sight seeing, duty free shopping in town and boat excursions.
Maybe you just want to chill out and relax from stress?

Compared to the West of New Providence here at the Eastern Point we are lucky to enjoy the steady prevailing ocean breeze from the South/East especially in the summer. The Cottage has windows to all sides with overhangs to protect from the sun. Most likely you will not use the AC instead have the ocean breeze flowing throughout the house.
The oceanfront cottage is suitable for families, couples, honeymooners, singles.
It's location is perfect for a social get together as well as seeking quietness.
