Five minutes from town, and just off the bike path, this calming refuge, has welcoming lightness and comfort throughout, sharing panoramic views of the mountains and the river.
As you enter this cheery space, you are lost in the magnificent visuals out each windowpane. Working in the gourmet kitchen, with a large center island, six-burner gas stove, and a mass of copper cookware, there isn’t a cook that won’t love this space.
A visual into the dining room, with a counter inviting a pass through or serving space, you can seat as many as twelve comfortably.
Up a few steps up to the living room, with beautiful stone fireplace, skylights from floor to ceiling, this well appointed space would be a pleasure in which to entertain. This sunlit and serene room gives the feeling of almost being outdoors.
Follow the big clock up the stairs, and to the left where the master bedroom, with a queen bed, two large cushy chairs and ottomans, and a flat screen TV, invite privacy and relaxation. A large master bathroom shares an over sized shower with tropical spout, as well a footed tub, prominently placed at the window, overlooking the river.
On the other side of the stairwell is a corner guest room, with more great views, and a comfy queen bed, stacked with pillows. A private bath adjoins this room.
Downstairs past the den, with large flat screen TV/DVD and sound system, there is another guest room, with lots of windows and a stairwell up to a loft, packing twin bunks and a great hideaway for the kids or adults). Another bathroom, with tub and shower. A small corner office with built in desk, ready for the computer and a little work, if you don’t get lost in the scenic landscape.
Enchanting garage apartment with full kitchenette, queen sized bed, and separate bedroom with set of twins. Hidden behind the armoire in the sitting of the main room is a TV/DVD.
This charming home offers it all! You can even stand in the yard and catch and release, but don’t loose the opportunity to rent this exceptional getaway!
