Beautiful private 8 acre oceanfront property in Cotton Bay, Eleuthera. Incredible grounds with lovely tropical flowers and cotton trees.
The property sits on a two mile long pink sand beach protected by reefs perfect for snorkeling and catching lobsters. We are 100 meters from the Cotton Bay Golf course, an 18 hole Robert Trent Jones course and the only golf course in Eleuthera (it is not in great condition and not all greens are playable, but there is never a wait and the ocean holes have magnificent views).
A beautiful lagoon at the end of Cotton Bay Beach is perfect for water skiing. The house is about 7 miles south of Rock Sound -- 20 minutes from Rock Sound airport and shopping -- 5 Minutes from Davis Harbour Marina. Rock Sound is the largest township on the island, with a bank and an ATM machine, medical facilities, gas station, pharmacy, marina, local restaurants.
