  This house was amazing!! Beautiful, detailed, ornate, extravagant, comfortable, amazing location, fun and more fun, more than we expected, better than the pictures, and the owner was so nice. She was always accessible by phone or email and made sure that everything was as it should be. Everyone in our family feels very BLESSED to have had our vacation in this home. Thank you, Cindy, for giving my family the opportunity to stay in your vacation home. We truly loved it!

  We just returned home from this property. Our family of 14 (8 adults and 6 children) had plenty of room to spread out without being on top of each other. We enjoyed the pool area as well as the nearby beach. With several little ones, we couldn't walk to the beach, but it is a nice walk for adults. We had some issues with the pool circulation, but the owner was easily accessible either by email or phone, and the problem was solved quickly. The only negative we can report is that there is no carpet in the house, except on the stairs, and with 6 children here, there and everywhere, there is a noise factor involved. The house is designed to reflect a manor feel, and all the wood floors are a part of that. The home theater is amazing: the kids kept asking us if they could go to the "movie theater" to watch a movie. All in all, this property more than adequately met our needs.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

  We had a delightful stay at this beautiful home on our last visit to Hilton Head. This gracious home is wonderfully appointed, and can comfortably accommodate large groups. The kitchen is warm and inviting, and our group enjoyed gathering there each morning to map out the day's activities. The location is perfect-tucked away enough to feel private and at home, but also close to the beach, restaurants and shops. We hope to come back soon!

  My extended family consisting of 5 "units" spent a week at this beautiful house last fall. There was not a thing about it that wasn't perfect. Every bedroom has its own bathroom, each "suite with its own distinct personality. There are many areas to congregate - both as the full group laughing and celebrating as well as small gatherings for intimate conversation. We could walk to the pristine beach without seeing a car go by. There is a well-kept park also within walking distance for throwing a ball and letting the kids and dogs get their yah-yah's out. The kitchen is new and easily supported our group of 16. Of course, the pool and hot tub were a hit. I would definately recommend this property to friends, and plan to stay there again.

  What an awesome vacation home! We had a large group of people and everyone felt like they had their own space. The kitchen was fully equipped, so we cooked at home for several meals and also enjoyed amazing seafood, steak houses close by. The boys went on a fishing excursion and brought home fresh fish that we cooked up, Yum! The beds were super comfortable, slept like a baby every night. Even with our teenagers up on the 3rd level of the house enjoying the theater room, or in back yard in the hot tub, we didn't hear a thing. Our teens also loved the convenience of nearby work out facilities and park right across the street. We played tennis and enjoyed the trails for running and walking. Next time we will take advantage of bike rentals too! The short walk to beautiful sand beach was great for morning walks and soaking up the sunshine. It was truly one of our families' favorite Spring Break Vacations....we hope to go again real soon!

  This home is spacious, beautifully furnished and extremely comfortable. The walk to the beach is very convenient and quick. There is plenty of parking, privacy and personality here. The kitchen has every gadget and appliance and dish that I have at home. There is plenty of parking for multiple cars. For kids, there is a park right across the street. Love the hot tub and pool even though it was cooler. We loved cooking together, sitting in the sunny dining room and the living room (since it was November). Will definitely plan to return in the warmer weather to enjoy more outdoor living.

  This was a great "get away" spot for my college girlfriends and I to have a wonderful reunion! Very spacious and amenities in the house are wonderful. This would also be a great place for a family reunion or for multiple families to vacation together. You're only a couple blocks from the beach and restaurants and other shopping is handy too. I highly recommend spending time at this house. You will love it!
