This quaint cottage has an oceanic view of Lake Ontario with its own 352 ft private beach and 4.5 acres of grass and woods for strolling. This property is located on East Port Bay Rd 5 miles north of Wolcott, NY.
Ideal for relaxation, swimming, boating, fishing, and water sports. Boat ramp nearby. An 18 hole public golf course within two miles.
Our cottage has a full kitchen with stove, refrigerator, and microwave. Eat in kitchen or enjoy eating in enclosed porch overlooking Lake Ontario. Cottage has a large outdoor deck with propane grill, Adirondack chairs, lawn chairs and a picnic table overlooking Lake Ontario.
Newly remodeled bathroom includes double vanity, separate bath and shower. Linens are provided, please bring your own towels. Cottage is completely furnished including dishes, silverware, coffee maker, pots and pans.
There is access to Port Bay for fishing, kayaking, canoeing, and other water sports. Other amenities include cookware, utensils, fire pit, electric baseboard heat, A/C in bedrooms, enclosed patio, deck, lawn chairs, and picnic tables.
