You will fall in love with this 3 bedroom 2 bath condo on the 13th floor at Regency Towers. It has a gorgeous eastern gulf view. Here on "The World's Most Beautiful Beaches" you are sure to enjoy walking along the sandy white shore and picking up those unique shells. For the adventurous type, there are parasailing and jets skis right on the gulf. You may prefer to take a long leisurely walk along the gulf. Whatever you choose, I know you will have a fantastic time in this spacious condo.
Regency Towers has 4 pools including a kid's pool, a "Snack Shack", fitness center, tennis courts, shuffle board basketball courts and an arcade. We are conveniently located one mile west of St. Andrews State Park, where you may enjoy fishing, swimming or have a picnic.
There are go cart tracks, a Ripley's Believe It or Not, and Shipwreck Island Water Park to entertain the young and young at heart.
This condo comes fully equipped with all of your linens and cookware. There are 3 beds as follows: 1 king, 2 queens, and a queen fold out sleeper sofa. You will enjoy the spaciousness of this 1700 square foot piece of paradise not to mention the eastern gulf view of the "Worlds Most Beautiful Beaches" I am sure you will spend a lot of time on the balcony off of the master bedroom as well as off the living room.
On Panama City Beach there are numerous restaurants from fine dining to a quick snack. Be sure to check out Pier Park our new shopping and entertainment complex, which features Margaritaville, Back Porch Grill, Dillards and and Ron Jon Surf Shop to name a few.
