Come to Edgewater Beach Resort to Relax and Unwind! You can enjoy beautiful white sand beaches with all sorts of activities on site for the entire family. Beautiful landscaped golf course, jet ski rental, windsurfing, banana boat and parasailing- or just sit and people watch. Edgewater has the most beautiful and largest lagoon pool on the beach! The resort also features an on-site restaurant and full service bar. You can relax by the pool and enjoy the sounds from the local guys playing the songs of Jimmy Buffett (during the season) under the cabana!
As soon as you enter our condo you will know you are going to have a "Great Time"! The sunny, beachside decor with all of the yellows, teal, blue and peach will set you in the mood for a tropical vacation.
The unit has TWO master bedrooms with king beds, double sinks, large garden tubs and sitting areas to spread out and relax. Each room features balcony access onto your private wrap-around balcony. The third bedroom has 2 full beds and large bath for the little ones! The whole unit has a wrap-around style balcony which allows you to see the beach and all the lovely sunsets on one side and the panama city beach area, including Edgewater Golf Course on the other side.
The kitchen is large and spacious with seating for 10. All of the tools and gadgets you might need for cooking are at your fingertips. The den has a hide-a-bed couch and large flat screen TV. The den and kitchen is overlooking the lagoon pool and the gulf-What a View!!
The condo is large and spacious with plenty of room for YOU- you will not be disappointed with this resort. Located on the 11th floor in Tower I, which is the middle tower, directly overlooking the Lagoon Pool! We are the end unit with special wrap-around balcony that let's you see EVERYTHING! COME ON DOWN TO THE GULF!!
Unit comes with 2 parking passes and up to 10/12 armbands for resort property use. Check-in is at 3 pm and check-out is at 10 am, we'd love to have you stay longer, but our cleaning ladies have to have the unit ready in time for our next guests. This resort has an activities desk that details numerous happenings around the area for all guests, from SNOWBIRDS to KIDDIES!
We accept payment by credit card or certified check only. We will be willing to give a discount for full payment in advance!!! Half payment plus deposit is due at time of booking, and then the other half 2 weeks in advance of arrival date. All keys, armbands, and parking passes will be mailed to you in advance! We can't wait to have you as our guest!

Why the Owner Chose Edgewater Beach Resort
We choose this vacation property for the enjoyment of family time with our three children! We have vacationed here every year and still come back often-now with the older adult children! It is located right close to all of the beach vacation activities that you enjoy and right on the beach if you do not wish to go off the property. We have stayed here for weeks at a time and never tired of the beautiful view and sunsets! We will continue to come back now with our Grandchildren- You want be dissapointed-hope to see you soon.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
While staying at Edgewater you can enjoy a leisure day out by the georgous pool or you can go right down to the surf! Time for lunch you have the great onsite restaurants- or just make you a sandwich and eat out by the beach or on the large outside balcony up by your condo.
For the golfer in the family you can just walk across on the passover and get started playing!
Tennis is also just over by the recreation room and enjoy a massage if you want. The choices are numerous and you will truly enjoy your stay while here and want to come back year after year.

Perfect condo for our family vacation. Beautifully decorated with lots of room to enjoy the incredible views of the Gulf and the pool from the wrap-around balcony. The owner was especially helpful. Hope to stay there again next summer--if not sooner!

WOW! That was our response when we walked into the condo. It was great. Spectacular view of the lagoon pool and the gulf. Sunset was awesome. Loved the wrap around balcony, the view from the dining room and the tropical decor. Absolutely loved it.

Wow what a GREAT FAMILY VACATION!!!! We ALL Loved, Loved, Loved the Condo & Resort!!! The decor in the condo is BEAUTIFUL!!! Everytime we walked in it made us smile!!! Loved the wrap around balcony... you can view the pool/beach & city. We loved the convenience store, pizza, coffee/ice cream shop, restaurant on the grounds. They had great activitites for kids eveyday at the pool. We plan on renting the condo every year at the same time for our annual family vacation. All of our kids said that it was the best vacation ever!!! Thanks!!!

We rented the unit for the month of January, 2010; having rented other condos in Edgewater in previous years, we more or less knew what to expect. The unit is everything that the VRBO ad says it is. The view of the lagoon pool and the gulf is spectacular. The wraparound balcony is a big plus as is having a second master suite. this unit is very spacious and well appointed.

A beautiful view of the Gulf and Edgewater pool from this 11th floor condo made for a very enjoyable stay. The decor and bedroom/bathroom layout were perfect for what we needed. It was very quiet on the 11th floor unlike other lower floors we have stayed on. The kitchen with beautiful granite countertops was just like being at home. The wrap-around balcony allowed each room and bedroom except one bedroom to enjoy the beautiful outdoors while in the condo. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your unit.
