Enjoy your vacation in Ocean City's one of a kind gated community. This resort is located on 37 acres on the bay and 67th Street. The outdoor pool is one of the largest in OC and also has an indoor heated pool. The clubhouse offers a high tech fitness center with separate locker rooms and saunas in each. In addition, there is walking, jogging, or bike paths that surround the community.
Three private bay side beaches, interactive fountains for the kids, and a crabbing and fishing pier. Also located on the property is a general store, pool bar and grill that overlooks the bay for amazing sunsets. The pool bar and grill offers poolside service and has weekly events and specials. The wine tastings are magnificent! Two blocks from the ocean!
Our townhome is conveniently located between the pool and fountains. Enjoy the sunsets from one of our three decks. The main deck off of the Living Room is fully furnished for your comfort.
The first level offers a full bedroom with Queen sized bed and half bath. Washer and Dryer are also located on this level. Two car garage with outdoor shower. Bikes are also available for your enjoyment. (4 total)
The second level is a full kitchen, living room, and a morning room. Two full living areas with TV and cable. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities you can imagine. (blender, toaster, coffee maker, steamer, mixer, etc.. ) The kitchen table sits 10 comfortably and 4 at the kitchen island. The living room leads to the furnished outside deck. A half bath is located on this level.
The third level has three full bedrooms. The master has a queen sized bed and master bath with separate tub and shower. Bedrooms 3 & 4 have bunkbeds with a double on the bottom and twin on the top. A full bath is located in the hall. All the rooms are decorated with bright and cheery colors!
The fourth level is another master with queen size bed, separate full bath and a private deck. Each Room has ceiling fans. All bedrooms, except the 4th level bedroom, has TV's with cable and DVD players.

This was my first trip back to Ocean City in 13 years. I searched long and hard for the perfect place that would hold my entire family comfortably. I didn't want anyone to be on a sleeper sofa in the middle of the living room. I wanted to have room for the family at the table even though we didn't plan on eating many meals at home.The home was very nice, clean, playfully decorated in flip flops and very spacious. Our family was very comfortable in the home and Sunset Island was the perfect family place. The amenities are top notch. I would highly recommend this place to anyone interested and will check with Tammy first when I plan another trip to Ocean City. Tammy has been very easy to work with throughout the entire process. Thank you so much!
