  Just returned home to Tennessee from a week's stay at DOT.CALM. Wonderful vacation experience! The cottage is just cute and very well kept. During our stay, we experienced a slight problem with a TV and the property manager had a new flat screen installed by noon the same day. Now that's friendly service with a capital "S." The VRBO listing is spot on. There were no hidden surprises! What you see is what you will get. Views of the Gulf are exceptional! The beach was pristine and the donuts from Thomas' across the road each morning...yummy. Pier Park is a short drive on Beach Front Road and we never lacked for something to do. Many hours were just spent sitting on the deck which overlooks the beach. Would highly recommend this cottage as a vacation destination. We hope to return again later this fall for a repeat. Thank you to the owner's for sharing your cottage with us.

  Thank you for allowing us to stay at your lovely home. Great location. We had a lot of fun, (ate lots of donuts), fishing on the pier, watching the parade, shopping at Pier Park, watching the fireworks, eating seafood at Bishops, and of course, going out on the beach. We did a lot in one week-end. Planning to come back soon. THANKS AGAIN.

  We stayed the week of Sept. 10-17 for our annual 4 Ol' Broads vacation (we go somewhere different every year). The cottage was great, very clean, perfect for us.. Beach was very accessible and clean. Would definitely recommend this house to others.

  SUPER CUTE - SUPER CLEAN. THE PHOTOS ARE SPOT ON. WE HAD THIS AS OUR BASE DURING OUR WEEKS VACATION. DURING THE DAY WHEN IT WAS TOO HOT FOR THE BEACH WE SAT UNDER THE UMBRELLA ON THE DECK. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COTTAGE. HOPE TO STAY THERE IN THE FUTURE. DON'T CARE MUCH FOR THE DONUT SHOP. THERE ARE LOTS OF GOOD PLACES TO EAT. MARGARITAVILLE WAS GREAT AND PIER PARK.

  This place was amazing!! We rented it in June and had our wedding just across the street on the beach. Very nice and clean. Great remodeling has been done! Excellent place to stay!
