Outstanding ocean views await you from this superbly appointed 7-bedroom, 2nd row home - completed in 2004. Situated on a quiet, low traffic street, this non-smoking home is in an affluent, oceanfront community featuring classic, ocean homes.
On the first floor you will find two guest masters with king size beds, a guest bedroom with two double beds and a bunkroom that sleeps 4. All bedrooms have their own private baths. In addition there is a pool table, wet bar and a large screen TV. The 1st floor mini bar is equipped with a full size fridge and icemaker. There is also a ½ bath poolside.
Halfway to the second floor is another guest master with a king size bed and private bath.
On the second floor you will find a comfortable high ceiling great room with a large screen TV, VCR, DVD with multiple sitting areas and great ocean views everywhere. The kitchen has everything you will need for a gourmet meal. The kitchen bar seats six and is adjacent to a separate dining room that seats 10. The whole area opens up with sliding glass doors to an expansive deck that looks out over the top of a neighboring one story house at the Atlantic.
The 2nd floor master suite, features a king bed and access to the oceanfront deck. This suite also has a private bath with a jetted tub and separate walk-in shower.
The 3rd floor's 7th bedroom has a king size bed and bath as well as its own large private deck for viewing sunsets or relaxing as you enjoy the ocean views. This room has its own separate seating area.
Each level of this amazing home features unique outdoor amenities from the first floor private pool with gas grill and lots of room for outdoor lounging and dining to the separate heated hot tub. If this isn’t enough space for your family, a 2nd floor balcony is also available with lounge chairs and dining table. The 3rd level balcony is a sun downers paradise and a private respite area for terrific views of the Atlantic.
No detail has been spared in this VIP home including free local telephone service and wireless internet. The pool and hot tub may be heated upon request for an additional fee of $1225 per week or $175 per day. *Seasonal rates vary from calendar.

The Unique Benefits at this House
Our primary home is a couple of miles away but we have enjoyed staying at this wonderful home on occasion. Our children and family love the spaciousness of the home and the many areas for "hanging" out with their friends. They also enjoy the wonderful accessibility to the beach, nearby shopping and restaurants.

Positive Rating
We are staying at this home while our floors are being refinished in our primary home and are thoroughly enjoying it. Our daughter has had her friends over for swimming and playing pool. They have taken long walks in the neighborhood and are especially fond of the short walk to Coligny to the "health food" store for sweets and hot chocolate. It is bright, roomy and inviting. I am thankful we have had this week to experience what all the previous guests have spoken so fondly about in our guest book. We know you will enjoy this home. Dee Ray 843 816-1923
