Outstanding ocean views await you from this superbly appointed 7-bedroom, 2nd row home - completed in 2004. Situated on a quiet, low traffic street, this non-smoking home is in an affluent, oceanfront community featuring classic, ocean homes.
On the first floor you will find two guest masters with king size beds, a guest bedroom with two double beds and a bunkroom that sleeps 4. All bedrooms have their own private baths. In addition there is a pool table, wet bar and a large screen TV. The 1st floor mini bar is equipped with a full size fridge and icemaker. There is also a ½ bath poolside.
Halfway to the second floor is another guest master with a king size bed and private bath.
On the second floor you will find a comfortable high ceiling great room with a large screen TV, VCR, DVD with multiple sitting areas and great ocean views everywhere. The kitchen has everything you will need for a gourmet meal. The kitchen bar seats six and is adjacent to a separate dining room that seats 10. The whole area opens up with sliding glass doors to an expansive deck that looks out over the top of a neighboring one story house at the Atlantic.
The 2nd floor master suite, features a king bed and access to the oceanfront deck. This suite also has a private bath with a jetted tub and separate walk-in shower.
The 3rd floor's 7th bedroom has a king size bed and bath as well as its own large private deck for viewing sunsets or relaxing as you enjoy the ocean views. This room has its own separate seating area.
Each level of this amazing home features unique outdoor amenities from the first floor private pool with gas grill and lots of room for outdoor lounging and dining to the separate heated hot tub. If this isn’t enough space for your family, a 2nd floor balcony is also available with lounge chairs and dining table. The 3rd level balcony is a sun downers paradise and a private respite area for terrific views of the Atlantic.
No detail has been spared in this VIP home including free local telephone service and wireless internet. The pool and hot tub may be heated upon request for an additional fee of $1225 per week or $175 per day. *Seasonal rates vary from calendar.

Our primary home is a couple of miles away but we have enjoyed staying at this wonderful home on occasion. Our children and family love the spaciousness of the home and the many areas for "hanging" out with their friends. They also enjoy the wonderful accessibility to the beach, nearby shopping and restaurants.

Our family of 15 have returned from vacationing in this beautiful home and it was GREAT! The house is comfortable, just a short stroll to ocean and it accomodates a large family in style. Hope to return in near future.

14 family members, aged 67 to 8 months, had a wonderful week living in this house. It accommodated all of us extremely well, with space to spare. We had plenty of room to all be together, and lots of room for quiet time if needed. The house was immaculate, well appointed and very comfortable. All the bedrooms were well decorated with great beds. The pool and spa was our hangout, but the beach is very close. Even the grandchildren walked there with no problems. The owner is very accessible and was happy to make our stay a success. We look forward to spending our 3rd trip to this house next year!

Our family has been coming to Hilton Head Island for 9 years. We have stayed in several houses. This house is by far the most comfortable, accommodating, satisfying house we have stayed in. There are 16 people in all that stay here. This house is laid out perfect for having your private time and also having group time with its open, spacious kitchen/sitting room/family room. The formal dining room helps make our family meals more special. There is a more casual area downstairs as you head out the the pool for games, TV and quick game of pool. The beach is a quick walk and the pool is an inviting place to relax in when the beach fun is over. We have stayed at this wonderful house 4 times and are very much looking forward to our 5th. ENJOY!!!

Family and I have stayed at this property for several years. We are a BIG family and this house is really comfortable for everyone from 1 month to 100 years old (literally). Great layout to allow for multiple activities to continue at the same time. Kids downstairs, parents on 2nd floor living space, infants at the top. Elevator truly makes this a unique property for folks in wheelchairs or who can't walk stairs. Just a walk across the Dunes from the beach. Short walk/bike ride to shopping and ice cream. Never, ever one sinlge worry about kids running around at night on the beach or Caligny Square. Love the Frosty Frog. Highly Recommend this property to folks who need a big house w/ lots of sleeping and living space. Pool is nice touch.

There were 19 of us, 4 gerneration's in this wonderful house.We were their at the end of June. Great accommodations! The place was clean and looked every bit as good as the photo's online. Beach was close by and enjoyed the pool as well.

Hi Dee, what a wonderful place you have. the whole clan enjoyed it thoroughly. the highlights included: the pool for the kiddies, the hot tub and pool table for my brothers and I, the beach for the tweens and the patio and decks for my parents. believe it or not, I think we had lunch outside every day (weather adverse Canadians you know). those looking for some peace and quiet always managed to find the sitting area off to the corner with their favourite book. the kitchen and appliances well suited and supplied for large groups. No spills on the sharp new carpets!!

We are staying at this home while our floors are being refinished in our primary home and are thoroughly enjoying it. Our daughter has had her friends over for swimming and playing pool. They have taken long walks in the neighborhood and are especially fond of the short walk to Coligny to the "health food" store for sweets and hot chocolate. It is bright, roomy and inviting. I am thankful we have had this week to experience what all the previous guests have spoken so fondly about in our guest book. We know you will enjoy this home. Dee Ray 843 816-1923
