  We have rented this condo for three consecutive years and have found it to be very clean, well-appointed, and homey. The owner is excellent to deal with and checking in and out was a no hassle event. This unit is bright and cheerful and the access to the pool and beach is excellent. The appliances are first rate and the drawer space for odds and sods is endless. We have had nothing but positive dealings with the owner and many wonderful memories.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

  We loved our stay in this condo during the week of Dec 7th. The kichen was very convenient, ample counter space and items were easy to get to. We loved that every bedroom had a nice flat screen tv. We also loved the location of the condo during this time of year, we had the pool deck to ourselves most evenings. Watching the sunset from the pool deck was beautiful, This property was easily accessible to pier park, walmart, you name it. We loved the location. Also, it was very nice working with Marla, as she was very prompt in responding to any questions we had. The furnishings were nice in this condo too, very comfortable. Check in was a breeze. I highly recommend this rental. We loved it.

  This unit was even better than the pictures! Beautifully decorated, looked like a model, but yet homey. The pool was so nice, this unit is the only one on the pool deck, so convenient. There is a beach view from the patio, it was so nice to sit and have my morning coffee out there. Also the gym was just down the hall. I've stayed in other units, they did'nt compare! I will visit this unit for every vacation!

  I was totally deceived into thinking this condo was directly on the beach! Read the description - says it had a wonderful view of the beach!! One would venture to think that would mean this condo is DIRECTLY ON the beach! NOT SO!!! So, I was pretty disappointed in that. Other than also having our car broke into in the parking garage, and a bunch of stuff being stolen, & the condo not being on the beach, it was an ok experience. Condo is nice, spacious, clean & well supplied.

  We so enjoyed our stay in your beautiful home! We traveled to PCB to visit our sons for Thanksgiving, and wanted a place to accommodate the 4 of us and their girlfriends. It exceded our expectations, and there were 3 additional pullouts left unused! Soooo beautifully decorated with attention to every detail, from the custom drapes and matching pillows in the family room to the beautiful bed linens and shower curtain in the hall bath. The beach view is much more beautiful than depicted in the photo, and because our "back porch" was the only one on the pool/hot tub deck, we found ourselves thinking of other guests as "trespassers" when they came to swim. Plates, glasses, casserole dishes, skillets and cookie sheets were plentiful. If you plan on cooking large meals, consider packing a little extra. There is one large dutch oven, and one smaller 2qt saucepan, so I found myself in a bit of a pickle trying to prepare a fullblown Thanksgiving dinner...luckily, our sons had extras at their place, so it wasn't an issue at all. Pack additional plastic storage containers for leftovers if you think you'll need them. We are looking so forward to our next visit, and after spending Black Friday on the beach in our swimsuits in 78 degree weather and coming home to cloudy skies and a wintery mix here in Atlanta, we may be back sooner than planned. Thank you so much for sharing your lovely home with us!

  This was by far THE nicest condo I have ever stayed in. Definitely 5 stars! The thing I loved the most was the large private patio with its own access to the pool/hot tub. The condo was extremely clean and decorated beautifully. I fell in love with the dining table in this condo. It was so unique. Where did you get it? Thanks again for sharing your amazing condo!!
