Luxury 3 bedroom condo located on the Gulf of Mexico. Only unit on pool deck in tower 2. Gated patio off of bedroom 3 for use with this unit only. Please do not remove outdoor furniture from gated patio.
Unit provides linens, washer/dryer (washer/dryer is located in the closet across from the front door),4 tv's, dvd player, vcr, WIFI, shared hot tub, Private patio on pool deck, covered parking. Gas grill located on pool deck, if lighters are not next to grill, check with office (or bring you own).
Kitchen has dishwasher, refrigerator w/ice maker( (more ice available on Parking deck P5), microwave, cooking utensils, cookware, dishes/glasses. Full service kitchen.
Bedrooms: The master bedroom has king bed, full bathroom with oversized tub and separate shower. The balcony off of the master has a wonderful view of the beach. Bedrooms 2 & 3 have queen beds and a full bath. All three bedrooms have tv's and closets. There is a twin sleeper loveseat in nook off of hallway. Ottoman in Living Room is a twin sleeper.
1 1/2 mile west of Super Wal-mart.
Full Deposit required. Would prefer weekly rentals for June and July but will consider all inquiries.
Check in between 4 - 7 p.m. If you arrive late, contact security and tell them you are staying in unit Tower 2-108 and you need keys.
Parking for unit Tower 2-108 is on levels P2 and P3.
No Pets Allowed. Minimum age (25) limit for renters. Smoking not allowed.

We so enjoyed our stay in your beautiful home! We traveled to PCB to visit our sons for Thanksgiving, and wanted a place to accommodate the 4 of us and their girlfriends. It exceded our expectations, and there were 3 additional pullouts left unused! Soooo beautifully decorated with attention to every detail, from the custom drapes and matching pillows in the family room to the beautiful bed linens and shower curtain in the hall bath. The beach view is much more beautiful than depicted in the photo, and because our "back porch" was the only one on the pool/hot tub deck, we found ourselves thinking of other guests as "trespassers" when they came to swim. Plates, glasses, casserole dishes, skillets and cookie sheets were plentiful. If you plan on cooking large meals, consider packing a little extra. There is one large dutch oven, and one smaller 2qt saucepan, so I found myself in a bit of a pickle trying to prepare a fullblown Thanksgiving dinner...luckily, our sons had extras at their place, so it wasn't an issue at all. Pack additional plastic storage containers for leftovers if you think you'll need them. We are looking so forward to our next visit, and after spending Black Friday on the beach in our swimsuits in 78 degree weather and coming home to cloudy skies and a wintery mix here in Atlanta, we may be back sooner than planned. Thank you so much for sharing your lovely home with us!

This was by far THE nicest condo I have ever stayed in. Definitely 5 stars! The thing I loved the most was the large private patio with its own access to the pool/hot tub. The condo was extremely clean and decorated beautifully. I fell in love with the dining table in this condo. It was so unique. Where did you get it? Thanks again for sharing your amazing condo!!
