Georgeous third floor corner unit condo very nicely furnished in Ocean Keyes, a new gated community located in relaxing North Myrtle Beach. Ocean Keyes features six pools, hot tubs, kiddie pools, fitness center, game room (with pool table) and walking paths and is a quick one block walk to the beach.
This condo is only 2 years old and the Beach Villa building is equipped with an elevator and is centrally located within the Ocean Keyes community right next to 2 pools and the fitness center. The condo is spacious, professionally decorated and features 3 bedrooms with a total of five beds (each with new high quality coil mattress sets) including 1 King, 2 Fulls and 2 Twins plus a comfortable new queen size sleeper sofa (with upgraded mattress). The Master BR has a large walk-in closet, spacious bathroom and a private wooded view. The 2nd and 3rd BR each have 2 beds and a private bathroom. You can easily sleep 9+ and 3 full bathrooms with showers are extremely valuable for a slightly larger group.
Relax and feel the privacy and comfort while sitting in the attached screened porch overlooking the newest pool and a natural area loaded with tall shady trees. The kitchen adjoins the dining room with table seating for 6 plus 3 bar stools and is fully stocked with dishes, appliances and cookware allowing for great meals and entertainment. Four HDTV's with DVD players, granite countertops, dishwasher, microwave, full size washer/dryer, and wireless broadband internet are also provided.
Enjoy all the best the beach and location has to offer during the day and then enjoy the quiet and privacy that this condo has to offer when you return in the evening. A perfect family arrangement but this condo is also ideal for golfers with access within minutes to some of the best and most popular golf courses Myrtle Beach has to offer including the courses at Barefoot Resort and Ocean Ridge as well as Heather Glen, Tidewater, Long Bay and Glen Dornoch just to name a few.
