The yard is extremely private, surrounded on three sides by woods and wetlands. The outdoor furniture is mid-century by Salterini.
The cottage is easy walking distance to town, shops, restaurants, marina, etc. The home also comes with two cruiser bikes for jaunts to town or the beach. In addition to picturesque views of the harbor, boats, farm fields, and beaches, Sag Harbor offers many cultural activities - theater, shopping, galleries, nightlife - as well as horseback riding, fishing, golf, biking and more.
