An architectural gem. Hip, relaxed and reminiscent of the Frank Sinatra era, this retreat has it all – design, location, atmosphere and beauty. The backyard is on the fairway of the third hole of the Classic Course at Indian Wells Country Club, which backs up to the rugged Santa Rosa Mountains in the spectacular Manitou Cove. Three spacious bedrooms (theatre room/den can double as a fourth bedroom.), four bathrooms, modern high-end kitchen (Gaggenau/Sub Zero/Bosch appliances), stunning living room with conversation pit, step down wet bar, custom made furniture throughout, flagstone covered interior floors and exterior decking, mirrored walls accentuate the desert light and open interior design. Conveniently located to take advantage of all that the Indian Wells/Palm Springs area has to offer.
Located in luxurious Indian Wells, California known as “the Beverly Hills of the desert.” Centrally located, we are minutes from world class sports facilities and shopping. Our neighborhood is across the street from the Indian Wells Tennis Gardens, home of the BNP Paribas Open (formerly the Pacific Life Open) and golf courses which host the PGA Skins Tournament. We are minutes from El Paseo Drive, which offers some of the best restaurants and shopping in the desert.
Disclaimers:
Although very upgraded, this is still a true mid-century home, so there are “classic” (older) aspects to it. We plan to retire in this home, so we are very particular about its care. If you naturally take care of other people’s property, as well or better than your own, then this is the home for you. If not, other homes may be more suitable for you.
Since we are on a golf course, golf balls can come into the backyard from time to time during the day.
Also, the home is not "child friendly" so no children under age 7 should be in the party. The pool has no fence, there are plants with stickers and the floors are flagstone.
We prefer mutli monthly leases and have a one month minimum requirement.
To keep the home in pristine condition, we ask that you have it cleaned once a week with our reasonable and friendly cleaners.

We spent four months in this remarkable home and loved every minute of it. The mid-century modern style has been impecably done and maintained. The layout of the large master suite and an equally nice guest suite was ideal when we had friends visit because it gave everyone a private retreat. The home is so serene - from the lovely understated decor to the magnificient setting in the Indian Wells Cove. It was such a special time for us in a one-of-a-kind home. We recomend it without hesitation.

My wife and I spent the month of November 2009 at this incredible mid-century classic. Fantastic location,right on Indian Wells G C ..Lots of room for guests,privacy and peaceful. The lights of the Santa Rosa Mountains at night are spectacular.great property mgr across the street.The home is an architectural delight.You wont be disapointed!

My husband and I spent a wonderful week in this beautiful home. The most important thing was that we felt right at home. The view is incredible. The furnishings ars so comfortable. The layout is great. We had a dinner party for friends. The kitchen was so well stocked that entertaining was a breeze. From the bar to the pool to the living room to the kitchen, the flow of the house is excellent for enjoying friends and making memories. We will be back!

What a lovely retreat you have created in Indian Wells! It is the perfect setting to enjoy family, friends and a nice bottle of wine. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the patio after a day in the sun and soaking in the view of the mountains along the golf course as the sun was setting. It was spectacular and perfect for entertaining. Your home had every amenity needed to relax, play in the pool, or cook a gourmet meal. The accomodations were top notch, including the beds, bedding and towels. Our boys, ages 12 and 14, thought the house and backyard were amazing. They also enjoyed watching movies in the media room. They rated this one of the best vacations ever! Thank you again for allowing us to stay in your lovely home. We hope to do it again soon.

This is a wonderful house! We really enjoyed being right on the golf course and the mountains were absolutely beautiful. We loved the privacy. Our kids enjoyed swimming in the pool and the hot tub. We would definitely stay here again. It is a great house.
