Relax and enjoy spectacular sunsets, heavenly starry nights and panoramic views of Thumb Butte and surrounding mountains from the enclosed private sitting patio.

Clean, cozy furnished 1 bedroom, living room, kitchen and bath with extra comfortable beds (Temper-pedic). Just off of Williamson Valley (1.7 miles from Iron Springs Rd.) French doors and windows in the living room and kitchen feature gorgeous views of Thumb Butte.

A total retreat , surrounded by trees and wildlife, yet minutes from shops, malls, restaurants, downtown, Whisky Row, rodeo grounds etc.. In a quiet neighborhood with no street lights or sidewalks, hiking trails in the National Forest are a few short blocks away.

Well behaved pets welcome with additional deposit.

Approx. 700-800 sq ft. We have many return guests.

  • Had a great stay at this guest house. Fantastic view in every direction. The owner is wonderful, and on our last night, we enjoyed dinner and cocktails with her on the deck overlooking the beautiful vistas. Would definitely stay again.

  • I have stayed in this guest house numerous times over the past 3 years. I absolutely LOVE the views, peace and quiet and wonderful vibes. There is nothing like it anywhere and I have travelled globally. The rooms are spacious and clean. Everything is modern and cheery. I can't wait to go back!

  • We enjoyed our stay at this very comfortable, lovely, quiet locale in Prescott at Thanksgiving time. We were warm as toast in very cold weather, surrounded by beautiful views, and snow capped peaks. The very private patio would be perfect for cocktails and sunsets in warmer weather. Just a short drive to Whiskey Row and downtown businesses. The owners could not have been more hospitable. We would surely stay again.
