Our two bedroom unit is located in a boutique condo hotel with (33) units that directly overlooks the ocean, with views all the way to St Barths. The views are spectacular. It is located in Oyster Pond with Dawn Beach directly below the hotel. Oyster Pond borders the Dutch/French sides and is one of the least crowded and most desirable parts of the island. The Westin is below the hotel with full service restaurants, spa, gambling, and just about any amenity that you could want. There are 6-8 other restaurants right in the neighborhood also.
The condo is two bedrooms with King Beds in both bedrooms, and a convertible sofa in the living area. It has three separate balconies that all overlook the Atlantic Ocean. It is 1250 square feet and is perfect for any family vacation. The kitchen is ideal for any meals that you want to cook-in. There is an office on site which acts like a front desk and can arrange daytrips, organize restaurant reservations or any other activity that you might require. They are open from 8:00 in the morning until 6:00 in the evening. There is a large pool directly on site reserved for hotel/condo guests only.
All rates include daily maid service/cleaning on alternate days just as in any major hotel.

The owners are Bob and Barb Jacobs. We live outside Philadelphia in West Chester Pa.
We have owned this unit for 6 years and it is our favorite place on earth. We hope that you enjoy your time on St Maarten as much as we do. Oyster Pond is a special part of the island. It is far away from the bustle of Maho and Simpson Bay. It truly feels like a Caribbean vaction when you stay here.
