We had a great time at this beautiful beach house. It made the perfect escape for our anniversary. It was amazing to be able to walk right out of the front door and onto the beach. We felt like the beach was all to ourselves. We spent a couple hours one afternoon watching dolphins playing in the surf. Dave was an exceptional host and we found every word he spoke about his place to be right on. We are looking at coming back in the future with the whole family!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

We couldn't have found a more perfect family friendly beach rental in the most desirable gated location of Surfside! This unit was very clean and you can step off your private deck right onto the sand. We have a toddler and to the left of this unit about 8 homes down on the beach is a private playground on the sand.This was very convenient.The kind owners,beautiful beach,warm weather,private community volleyball sand court and memorable sunsets will keep us coming back for years to come.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, people with disabilities.

About the owner: We're in real estate in the area, and lived here with our 4 kids until a few years ago. We moved close to the kids high school, and plan to move back when our youngest graduates. WE miss Surfside and our Surfside neighbors every day.
