Beautiful, new, clean, airy home right in the heart of the Trinidad "view" area, across the street from the Marine Lab, and less than 500' from the beach. Prime location with fantastic views of the Trinidad Bay and of the ocean from both upstairs and downstairs windows.
On main level, this home has a fully functional kitchen, dining area, and two sitting areas. One bedroom and bathroom downstairs, bedroom has two twin beds. There is a sofa sleeper in the second sitting area. Upstairs has a master bedroom with KING size bed, and master bath including a separate tub and shower. View of the ocean from the tub, and view of the Bay and ocean from the other large bathroom window.
Deck outside with gas BBQ. Carport and off street parking for two cars. Washer and dryer available.
House has 2 TV's, both wired with cable, VCR, DVD.
