My name is Cathy Bell. My husband Gary and I own The Sunshine Cottage. We just love the peacefulness of Chesnut Bay Resort and Weiss Lake. We hope you will enjoy staying at The Sunshine Cottage.
Why the Owner Chose Leesburg
We bought The Sunshine Cottage new in 2008 because we had stayed at Chesnut Bay the previous summer and loved it. There is so much to do there! Whether you have small children, teenagers or a group of friends, The Sunshine Cottage and Chesnut Bay Resort has a lot to offer you.
The Unique Benefits of this House
The many amenities of the resort are shown in the listing for The Sunshine Cottage. If you are athletic you have a wide range to select from: tennis, volleyball, workout room, walking trails and more. If you are into fishing, Weiss Lake has some of the best. For water enthusiasts the resort has a water slide, trampoline, and other water amenities. Or you can just relax on the screened porch of The Sunshine Cottage, or take a relaxing pontoon boat trip around the lake.
