All new furniture includes a TV and DVD player, Queen sized bed and dinette set. There is also extra seating in the unit. It has cable and free WIFI. There is a washer and dryer in the unit and it has air conditioning. The building also offers 24/7 on site security, a large pool, spa, and sauna. The price includes free secure assigned, covered parking. It is within walking distance of the beach, shopping, dining and nightlife.
