Semi detached villa 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, a double car garage and a large lanai all on the beautiful gated community at Pelican Preserve resort. The resort comes with a 27 hole golf course, 6 tennis courts, indoor and outdoor swimming pool, a modern equipped gym with access to trainers, a volleyball and basketball court and walking/biking trails. Very peaceful and relaxing resort where there is something to do for people of all ages.
Beautifully newly furnished home. The house has HD-LCD televisions one at 46', 40' and the other at 32', included is a Blu-Ray player. There are three bicycles supplied with the house as well as a propane gas barbeque.

My husband and I stayed at this remarkable home for 3 1/2 months. The outdoor lanai is the best. Such a beautiful view and so comfortable (and large). The owners were more than accomodating and helpful. Home was clean, welcoming, and comfortable. Everything we needed was provided. Loved all the ammenities at Pelican Preserve.
