Owner Description
I fell in love with Colorado several years ago and made the big move about 7 years ago from Chicago. I moved from Evergreen, Co to Summit County a few years ago, and have found the community, outdoor activities and pace of life to fit me well. I work for a Christian author and non-profit so am able to find a balance between work and play.
OK-I guess I must confess, it can be hard to focus on work when the slopes are calling my name. I'm pretty sure I need to be out there. BUT somehow I manage to navigate life up here.
I do hope our paths cross!
Why the Owner Chose Passage Point
I purchased this unit several years ago as an investment but found that I loved it up here so much that I never left. I recently bought another place here in Summit County so am finally able to put it on the rental market for others to enjoy.
When I first bought the unit it was important to me that it feel as cozy, if not more than someones home, a true getaway! So I invested in the furnishings, all the little extra's, the kitchen needed to be functional-not just the basics, and the beds had to be comfortable. I wanted nothing to distract from this vacation getaway!
I wanted everything at your finger tips! Hence the location of the building-right in Center Village; so you can walk to everything, ski or snowboard right outside your door- the unit location; I wanted to be on the 2nd floor so you could walk down the grand staircase which is a few steps away from the unit or walk a few more steps to the elevator-I wanted to have options because we all know it can be a short wait sometimes for an elevator when everyone is here to PLAY, or walk a few steps to do your laundry or get a little snack from the vending machine.
As they say - location, location, location. I believe I found it, in addition too having an extra large one bedroom unit that offers a king, queen and twin along with all the extra designer touches, you are in the heart of the Rockies, where every outdoor activity is within your reach. We were pleasantly surprised with the unit at Passage Point. The listing was accurate and the location was perfect. The bus stop was just in front of the condo, one stop from the ski school. The underground carpark accommodates cars with luggage boxes on top (not many condos can do so). The unit is very clean and well maintained, the appliances are very new and in good condition. Additional bonus, the laundry room is right next door, very very convenient. Andi was extremely helpful with our questions before and during the stay. Passage point sits right at the village, so we are close by to everything we need.

We stayed for three weeks in this unit and found it to be as described. The furniture is new and comfortable. Andi has outfitted the unit completely and there is nothing missing. Andi was very helpful working around our schedule. The free bus service stops right outside.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, age 55+.
