If you're looking for a home-away-from-home, this one's for you! This large one bedroom condominium is 592 square feet - larger than most one-bedroom condos - and is conveniently located on the second floor of Passage Point, one of Copper's gold rated buildings. Five people can comfortably sleep in this unit. Two in the bedroom's pillow-top king bed, two in the living room's platform queen sleeper sofa, and one in the platform twin sleeper.
The amenities and location of Passage Point will draw you here, but the great upgrades inside the condo will bring you back! Feel right at home in this condo - it's owner decorated and furnished, and supplies everything you need to have a memorable vacation.
The fully-equipped kitchen is open to the dining and living areas and includes all utensils and kitchen ware. Appliances include a 4-burner stove with full size oven, microwave, full-size fridge and dishwasher. We also provide a blender, toaster, teapot, coffee maker and even a panini press! There's also an electric grill on the balcony.
After preparing your favorite meal, enjoy it at the dining table near a cozy gas fireplace. And, enjoy a night in watching a movie chosen from our extensive and up-to-date DVD collection. The new flat screen TV has a DVD player and VCR. Dance to your own music on your IPOD - this condo has two I-Docks.
If you must work while you're at Copper, you'll have free wireless internet access (most rentals charge you a daily fee), and use of a printer/copier/scanner/fax machine stocked with paper and extra ink. There are also other office supplies - scissors, stapler, 3-hole punch and writing instruments.
The American Eagle and American Flyer lifts are a straight walk from this Passage Point condo. Pass the Starbucks, go across the covered bridge, and continue straight to the lifts. It's less than a 5-minute walk to the American Eagle lift. The walk is entirely on heat-traced walkways, so there's no ice or snow to worry about while walking in your ski boots. An ideal spot for anyone looking for luxurious accommodations within the heart of Copper Mountain's Center Village.
Just over the covered bridge is Copper's pedestrian village, where you'll find shops, a small grocery store, and great dining including Sushi, Chinese and Italian. To start your day with an energy boost, step just outside Passage Point and visit Starbucks.
If you're vacationing during the snow-free months, you'll enjoy hiking trails and the bike path just outside the building. The bike/recreation path goes west all the way to Vail and northeast to Frisco and beyond.
The unit is on the 2nd floor with an elevator that takes you from the heated, underground garage to your floor. There is a ski locker room on the first floor so you don't have to carry your equipment all over the building. The coin-operated laundry is located steps away on the same floor, where there is also a drink and snack machine and ice-maker.
Relax in the serene setting of the two outdoor hot tubs or splash with your kids in the small heated pool. After a fantastic day in the mountains, continue your exercise in the fitness room that provides state-of-the-art equipment: two treadmills, an elliptical, Lifecycle, and weight stations. Watch the news or your favorite TV show while you're exercising. Just down the road, Copper Mountain also has an athletic club with a large lap swimming pool, racquetball, free weights, weight machines, fitness machines, hot tubs, sauna, steam room and a spa. This club is available to all Copper Mountain guests for a small fee.
For added convenience, take the free Copper village shuttle to any other lifts at Copper's Union Creek or East Village. All shuttles and the Summit Stage stop right in front of Passage Point! The Summit Stage is a free bus that will take you all over Summit County.
Copper Mountain is located in the heart of Colorado ski country. Vail, Breckenridge, and Keystone are all 20 minutes away. Arapahoe Basin and Loveland are just 25 minutes away. Beaver Creek and Ski Cooper are 30 minutes away. And Winter Park, Steamboat Springs and Monarch are only 90 minutes away.
Guests are not allowed to bring pets. The unit does have a phone, but no long-distance service. No Smoking Allowed.
