Location: San Antonio, South Texas Plains, Texas, USA (10 Minutes From The San Antonio Riverwalk Off I-37 South)

Accommodations:  House, 3 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2 Baths (Sleeps 6-12)

This is a new construction home with built-in upgrades. This is my one of two vacation homes in San Antonio. This home is located in a residential community sub-division that is located one mile from I-37 and Military Drive, just 10 minutes from downtown San Antonio Riverwalk and Convention Centers. The sub-division offers a large park and playground area with a sand volleyball court, sorry, but no community pool. That's ok, because there are plenty of waterparks in San Antonio. There are new retail shops, restaurants, grocery stores and fast food chains within 2 miles of the home, not to mention the Riverwalk, just ten minutes away.

Every room has flatscreen TV's and the Living room has a twin sofa sleeper and two Full Size Futon's with a 32 inch Flatscreen TV. Everything you will need is provided in the home, including wine glasses and a blow dryer in each bathroom. Seaworld is just 25 minutes away, I-37 North to I-90 West to 151 North West to the entrance of Seaworld.

This home has been the home away from home for vacationer's since July of 2007 with returning guests and referrals. We loved having everything we needed so close to the house. Marcelino was great with helping us with everything and we would love to be back. We definitely got our money's worth. All in all, a great experience. We also loved the chicken & rooster theme in the kitchen, very cute.

Our youngest son graduated from Air Force BMT at Lackland AFB and we were fortunate to be able to experience this wonderful transformation. We were able to drive to the base in less than 30 minutes.

  • This is a great home (Like new!), and nicely decorated and stocked. We brought nothing and weren't missing anything the whole time. The kitchen and Master Bedroom Suite are very nice, and the whole home is spacious and in a nice neighborhood. The owner is quick and easy to deal with, and the convenience to stores and downtown San Antonio is beyond great (even getting in & out of town from the home was very easy). We spent a lot of time at the nice park right around the corner, and riding bikes on the bike path that is all through the neighborhood. We would definitely stay there again. Thanks so much, this home made even the rainy days fun.
