The property is located just off Bellevue Avenue in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. You can easily walk to great restaurants and shops. The Cliff Walk is also very convenient. The rooms are large and the decor is light, comfortable and delightful. The condo is even more lovely than depicted. It was spotlessly clean and extremely well-maintained. You are truly staying in someone's home. Communication with the owners is excellent. I felt I was an honored guest. I look forward to my next stay. Walk to Jonathon's Ocean Roaster's for breakfast. Have a romantic dinner at the very historic Whitehorse Tavern. Stroll down Bellevue and visit The Elms or walk the Salve Regina campus and drink in the view of the Sakonnet. Have the chowder at the Black Pearl. Go for a sunset sail.

Fantastic Place to Stay in Newport

I've been coming to visit my parents in Newport since they retired here 18 years ago. This visit, they had a full house, and I was smart enough to line up this spot. It's by far was the best place I've ever stayed in the Newport area. The location is central AND quiet, and is walking distance to Bellevue, Broadway, Easton Beach, and even Thames. The unit itself is really special, lovingly decorated and cared for. The photos don't do this place justice. I definitely recommend this place and hope to stay here again soon!

Newport At Its Best

A perfect destination and a lovely condo! I was more than satisfied with the location of this beautiful former estate and the pictures displayed on this website truly represent this well decorated condo. Every amenity that you could ask for is available here. And an added bonus was the bed -- extremely comfortable! If you're looking for what Newport represents, then stay here -- a short walk to Cliff Walk, the shops on Bellevue, the mansions, and Thames Street. I highly recommend this to the seasoned Newport visitor as well as to first-timers.

What a beautiful place! I loved the location and everything about this property. The moment you walk in you feel right at home! We have rented several places in Newport and this is our favorite so far! We look forward to going back sometime soon! ENJOY! :)

When my boss showed me the photos of this place and told me that she was going to make a reservation for me and my colleague to spend a week over there I loved right away. I always wanted to spend some time in Newport, RI. The beauty of the condo attract me very much. It is beautiful, clean, and its very sweet decoration took me back to live a little of the Historic Newport. It was even better that what I expected, It is so convenient, I walked to the beach, restaurants and shops. If you are like me and enjoy going for a run or for a walk, you will love the Cliff Walk, it's fantastic! I also recommend that you visit the Mansions, they are amazing! The owner is really nice and reliable.I would highly recommend this condo for my friend or relatives. My colleague and I had a wonderful week!

Stepping inside this lovely condo immediately makes you feel comfortable and at home. The decor is lovely and tastefully done. The proximity to shopping, neighborhood walks, and the Cliff Walk make a return visit a must! We wouild definitely make this a "first choice" in a return visit to Newport!

This spot is a true gem! We stay here year after year and wouldn't think of going elsewhere. The extremely high ceilings and the owner's choice of victorian decor is very romantic and picture perfect. The location is perfect due to the easy walk to the cliff walk, beach and the downtown area. It is nice to know when you come back to the condo it is completely free of the hussle and noise of the traffic and business. The linens and bed were more comfortable than home!! The owners spoiled us...thank you and we will see you next year!

We recently spent three nights in this condo and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were able to walk to breakfast, dinner, the beach and Newport's beautiful Cliff Walk. The condo was impeccably decorated, cozy and inviting. The condo was peaceful and relaxing with comfy bed and large bathroom. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Newport.
