The Unique Benefits at this Row House
There is really no need for a car once you arrive. You can walk to all of the restaurants downtown, across the Eastport Bridge and on West Street. The water is visible once you walk out of the front door. It's an easy stroll to the Naval Academy and the Yacht Club.

I wanted to move back to Annapolis since this is my home town. I moved away when I was 21 and all of my friends
and family still live in or around Annapolis. My fiance and I bought this home with the intention of eventually moving
back to Annapolis. In the meantime, we want others to enjoy this wonderful home in Downtown Annapolis.
