The apartment and the garden area are even better than the photos. The area is most convenient to the bus the tram and taxis. There is great shopping and good restaurants within walking distance and best of all Giuseppe !!! He is most kind and helpful. The night tour of Rome is not to be missed. We had a wonderful stay and would recomend staying here if you are planning to come to Rome - you will not be disappointed.

We really enjoyed our stay at Bevagna Gardens. Giuseppe was a great host, thoughtful and helpful. The apartment was well furnished and appointed to ensure comfort and leisure. The amenities such as the Jacuzzi were terrific for relaxing weary limbs. There were ample opportunities to buy local produce in the market in the street, as well as a couple of well stocked supermarkets. The apartment kitchen was well appointed and had all mod-cons including a great coffee machine. In addition the flat was close to buslines, and local restaurants. The evening around Rome with Giuseppe was unforgettable, and he showed us some very lovely spots and other places you wouldn't see unless you were driving at night. I would be recommending this great place for couples or a couple and a single. Perhaps a bit small for larger groups. I will be coming back, thats for sure.

We just returned from a five night stay at this flat and all I can say is--WOW!! It is the best blend of having your own private space while still maintaining concierge services thoughtfully provided by Giuseppe. The apartment itself is stylish, comfortable, clean and quiet. It's in a great location with several good restaurants nearby and public transportation convenient and easy to access. However, the real charm is the host! Giuseppe arranged for airport transportation, provided us bus tickets, a cell phone to call him directly and wonderful wine and pastries. His night tour took us to many places we would not have seen otherwise and meant that our daytime touring could be more leisurely. We also learned that his restaurant recommendations were fabulous! If we are fortunate enough to return to Rome, we will only consider renting from Giuseppe. You will be glad you did as well!

Giuseppe took personal care of us at all times. He made sure we got around, the night tour was fantastic, and he told us where to eat and what to see. We took advantage of the hot tub every night. It's a great feature, and it offers a great deal of privacy. As I told Giuseppe before we left, he has now ruined us - because we'll never be able to stay anywhere else and be as satisfied as at his place. :) Italian coffee machine, laptop for use, wi-fi, really nice bathroom, beautiful apartment layout... I must add, also, that in the face of a car rental issue, Giuseppe took the extra step to help out and solve the problem. Giuseppe's place is the ONLY place you even need to think about when going to Rome.

Giuseppe's apartment is a lovely, well-equipped one. Our only problem with it was the location - it could take a long time to get back to it after a busy day in Rome. The neighborhood was great, though. Giuseppe was very helpful in providing answers to our questions, and the night tour of the city that he gave us was fantastic! We would certainly recommend this apartment as a great place to stay.

We would highly recommend this apartement to anyone wanting to spend time in Rome. The apartement is spacious, modern, clean and with all amenities required. It has a lovely garden with a hot tube, great for relaxing in after long hot days of sight seeing. The area is very up-market with lots of nearby shops, restaurants and wine bars. We felt very much "at home" and safe here.Local bus services take you directly into Rome in about 25minutes. One of the best points about this apartement is its host, you'll never find anyone like Guiseppe when it comes to hospitality. He arranged transport from the airport, supplied us with lots of useful information, got the bus tickets for the week for us,took us all on a fabulous night tour of Rome, welcomed us with italian wine and twice in the week left local pastries in the fridge! He was always available for questions and help by phone, you can really count on him. Next time we go back to Rome, no doubt about it we'll be staying again with guiseppe!

If you're looking for the perfect place to stay on your holiday in Rome, look no further, because this is definitely it! The apartment is beautiful, clean, modern and well equiped with everything we could possibly need during our stay. The garden and the terrace with jacuzzi were the ideal places to get some rest and a good glass of wine after our visits to the city centre. The apartment is situated in a nice area, just a short busride away from the historical centre of Rome. Restaurants, shops and bars are within walking distance. And then there is Giuseppe, the owner of the apartment... You will probably never meet a better host! He’s a really friendly guy who wants your stay to be perfect and in our case, it really was! The night-tour and the trip to the winebar were nice gestures and so were the presents (a bottle of prosecco and some delicious pastries) he gave us. He provided us with all the information we needed to get around town comfortably and gave us lots of suggestions about where to go, where the good restaurants are (We tried Voy, Rossopomodoro, Avio and La Scala and they all served great food) and how we could get to the beach of Sperlonga. I told a lot of people about the apartment and Giuseppe and now everyone wants to go there... I’ll definitely come back to beautiful Rome in the near future and I hope to stay in this apartment again!

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for a final 5 days in Italy! This appartment truly felt like a "home away from home". Giuseppe's generous hospitality made our experience here special and one we will never forget. We have travelled to many parts of the world, but we have never had such a wonderful host as Giuseppe...he made us truly feel like family. Staying at the Bevagna Gardens appartment was truly a Roman paradise beginning with a unforgettable night tour of Rome, Giuseppe's treat at the wine bar, the amazing pastries, and special attention to detail. We will surely recommend this accomidation to everyone we know.

This is the place to be if you go to Rome! I saw the beautiful pictures of the appartment and read the comments of people who have been here, and I must say: I it all true! The appartment is great, high quality designer furniture and the spa is super, especially after a day of walking in the beautiful Rome. Giuseppe is the best host I have ever met! I am a customer service manger myself but this is the best treatment you can give to a customer. He is really helpful, and surprised us with pastries, wine and a beautiful nighttour. He told me the appartment is booked regulary but if you have the chance, GO HERE.....

We stayed at Bevagna Garden for three nights in mid-March, 2011. The two bedroom apartment is in a quiet part of Rome - with the historical center easily accessible by public transportation. Giuseppe provided transportation from the train station, a two hour night tour of Rome, wine, pastries, and a wealth of information about Rome and how best to see it in a short time. The apartment is newly re-done and Giuseppe chose only the best when he renovated it. It is comfortable, spacious, and convenient. The neighborhood has many shops and restaurants -- we seldom walked more than a few blocks to find anything we needed. When we return to Rome, we will definitely stay here again.

The apartment is more than beautiful, clean and comfortable with a feeling of being between italians in the real Italy. Close to the "Historic Center" with one 15' ride with one bus but far enough so you don't need to be with those tourist day and night. Like other guest wrote without a doubt the best part is Giuseppe, the only owner we ever knew (and we rented all over the world) that tour us the neighborhood the first day, took the 4 of us in his car to the historic center on a rainy day, provided the best coffee and coffee machine in town, sent us a nice handsome driver to pick us up from the airport and was there every day for anything we needed and more. UNBELIEVABLE and almost unreal. Even our sons 14 and 18 "felt in love" with this great business man and his italian way... So be smart and when you go to Rome rent just from Giuseppe, you can trust him 100% and you will have the best time of your live in Rome. We will come back and rent with him always.

The Fleming Studio could not have been more perfect for our stay in Rome! Everything was incredibly clean and new, the pictures don't even do it justice! The location of the apartment was probably our favorite part. It is out of the hustle and bustle that downtown Rome provides, in a nice and quiet neighborhood where you won't find many tourists. The BEST part about the apartment though is Giuseppe! He was an incredible host, who constantly made sure we were taken care of. The night tour was the best part of Rome for us. He is an incredible guy who takes pride in this apartment, and you can definitely tell! Everything was perfect and when we return, we know where we're staying! Thank you so much for everything, Guiseppe! Ciao!

My husband and I stayed in this apartment for three nights earlier this month (September 2010). Where do I begin? The apartment is beautiful, very modern and comfortable. It has a beautiful sunset view of the mountains outside Rome. The cappucinno machine was such a wonderful treat -- coffee hasn't been the same since (we have already considered purchasing the same machine!). The neighborhood was beautiful and had lovely markets with friendly merchants. There were very good restaurants within walking distance (loved Rossopomodoro). It was nice to be within an easy bus ride of the historical center of Rome but be able to come back at night to a quiet, non-tourista feeling neighborhood to relax. That sums up the apartment and location, but that is really only the beginning of what makes this such a great place to stay. I still can't get over Giuseppe's hospitality and customer service. We read the reviews before we went, but until you have experienced it, you won't believe it. From picking us up at the train station, the delicious wine awaiting us in the apartment, dropping us off at our Vatican tour meeting location, the over-the-top delicious pastries, and the nighttime tour of Rome (complete with the olive oil and stop at the great wine bar!), he could not have been a better host. Giuseppe provides service that is above and beyond what one expects. We would not dream of returning to Rome and not staying in one of his properties -- actually, we would just request the same apartment, as it could not have been better. Thank you, thank you Giuseppe for making our Rome visit so incredible! You are the best! We feel like we have a new friend in Rome. We will be in touch! Ciao! Nancy and Larry Hughes

This apartment is beautiful, immaculate and comfortable - even better than in the pictures. The apartment is modern and decorated with with the best in fixtures and fittings. Guiseppe could not have been more welcoming and hospitable - he made sure we knew exactly where everything was and how to get everywhere during our stay. We LOVED the night tour - certainly a bonus you won't find with any other accommodation and being in an upmarket local neighbourhood made our stay in Rome thoroughly enjoyable and left us looking forward to visiting again. There are plenty of restaurants, the best ice cream and bakery as well as supermarkets within easy walking distance. Getting into the tourist centre of Rome is quick, easy and inexpensive with a choice of bus, metro or tram just down the road. Look no further, book this apartment - you won't regret it and your visit to Rome will be enhanced!

My husband and I were fortunate to stay in two of Giuseppe's apartments in Via Monterone between the Panthenon and Piazza Navona. I don't know where to begin...our trip was outstanding in so many ways thanks to our hardworking host. The arrangements he made for us were seamless including a driver from the airport, he was available to us at all times via phone or email (he provides a laptop) and was available for questions or help and always responded promptly during our 5 days. It was like having a relative nearby- anything we asked he provided a number of great choices- thanks to his advice we enjoyed delicious authentic food and wine and we were able to navigate the city safely and efficiently without a car. Giuseppe's apartments have been lovingly restored, and they are perfection! Both were modern and immaculate. We quickly felt at home in our Rome neighborhood, which was the very best part. We walked leisurely to the Panthenon, the Colosseum and forum, Piazza Navona, the Spanish Steps, Trevi fountain and took a short bus ride to visit the Vatican. We walked around the neighborhood at night and always felt safe. Our trip to Rome was everything we dreamed of, thanks to this wonderful host and unbelievable location. We have spread the word to our families and friends: stay with Giuseppe and you will have the best of Rome! He is a man of his word, he is trustworthy and he treats his guests like family. He made Rome, Rome.

This is truly a great find and lives up to all the hype. The apartment alone is nicer than anything we've rented for far more money, and then there is Giuseppe, who I am convinced is the hardest working person in Italy. He goes above and beyond to make sure your happy. He even gave us a cell phone with his number programmed to call if needed. We loved being outside the tourist filled center city and in a real Rome neighborhood, where some of the restaurants did not have English translations (try Natalino e Maurizio), but with easy access to all the tourist spots. There is also a fantastic Michelin star seafood restaurant, Acquolina Hostaria, just a block from the apartment. If you want to splurge, the 8 course taster menu does not disappoint. When we return to Italy, Giuseppe will be the first person we call.

Our stay at the apartment was a wonderful experience as it was such a comfortable spacious place for a family of four. The apartment is as clean, upto date, and spotless as the pictures. Giuseppe is a wonderful host and makes you feel like you have a private concierge all the time, he was very detailed and well prepared to explain everything about the apartment, and the area, as well as information about Rome. He truely went out of his way to make us feel comfortable, and his night tour was definitely exceptional. We highly recommend the stay, if you do not mind a short taxi/bus ride to the Rome center.

From the moment that we were greeted at the airport by our driver (arranged by Guiseppe) to the moment we walked out the door at the end of our stay.. we had the best experience anyone can ask for. Guiseppe and his beautiful home was the main reason for this great review. I have to say anyone who is looking at staying in a real cold expensive hotel in the center of rome is making a mistake... stay at this lovely apartment instead. The neighborhood is so italian, so local feeling, so friendly. The commute on the local bus right to the Vatican is very easy. The night tour was outstanding and alot of fun. The wine bar was great too. I would rent this apartment again in a heart beat. Guiseppe I miss you, contact us when you come to New York City. Ciao for now !!!

Our recent stay at this lovely apartment was exceptional. We enjoyed the area as you are in a neighborhood with great dining options (good quality at a good value). The apartment was emaculate and well equipped, very comfortable and the best value we've seen anywhere. Guiseppe was so helpful in logistics and itinerary suggestions. He left local pastries and wine for us, helped us navigate the bus routes, and drove us to the train station apart from the night tour he provided. All in all our stay was very comfortable and a great trip. This apartment, it's value and location (and of course Guiseppe) all made for a wonderful vacation. We'll be back!

My family had a fantastic time in Rome. The apartment we rented from Giuseppe was amazing. Newly renovated with hard wood floors and top line appliances. His hospitality was beyond our expectations. After showering us with pastries and wine, he gave my family a 2 hour tour of Rome that would have taken us 3 days to see on our own. He provided us with a safe place for our family while abroad and piece of mind having a local contact for to help with any problems which could arise. We look forward to future visits.

We just stayed in this apartment last week (February). This was the most equipped apartment we've ever stayed in! Every detail is covered from guide books, laptop computer, top of the line espresso machine, Italian wine and pastries, you name it! 4 adults were very comfortable in the apartment. Giuseppe is fantastic, so helpful and knowledgeable about Rome and the area around the apartment. It snowed (for the first time in years) during our trip and Giuseppe went out of his way to make sure we got around. We cannot wait to come back in warmer weather so we can use the Spa! We stayed in Fleming Studio for over one month in November and December and loved every minute. The apartment has a fantastic location that permits you to live as the locals do -- not as a tourist. Everything you need is within steps in this neighborhood and when you are ready to go into the city there are many choices using the buses at the end of the street. Giuseppe is a great host. Though he was preparing to go on vacation himself he still took the time to give us a delightful evening tour of Rome as well as a walking tour of the neighborhood and made sure we knew everything we needed to know about the apartment which is extremely well equipped with an espresso machine that we loved as well as a dishwasher, combination microwave and convection oven, large refrigerator, and gas stove. It all added up to a great stay in a great spot.

Giuseppe quickly became a highlight of our Roman adventure. Besides escorting us to his beautiful flat that hugely exceeded our expectations, he greeted us with a bottle of wine and fresh pastries from the patisserie. The apartment was a very large two bedroom flat with a beautiful living area, a full kitchen with an amazing espresso machine and a widescreen TV that could shift languages. The piece de resistance was a wi-fi and a PC for our exclusive use. He then offered to go out and purchase a three-day metro pass and return with it that evening. The following evening he took us out for a night tour of the city sights concluding with a walk to a wine bar where he insisted on being the host. I think he spent the first nights rent on wine at 13 Euro a glass. The amazing service continued. Each evening he would come by and check how we were and then gave us a second bottle of wine and more pastries on the evening of our departure. Finally he picked my friend up ay 7.40 am to take her to the train station and asked his lovely mother to come by later on to take me. I don’t think I have encountered a more generous, considerate host than Giuseppe.

First of all Guiseppe was an amazing host! He brought us wine and sweets from the local bakery when we arrived. He walked us around the neighbourhood and showed us everything we'd need to know. And his night tour of Rome was so nice...we got to see so much more of the city than we ever would have on our own. The apartment was immaculate and sooo comfortable. And the neighbourhood felt very safe. I will always try to stay at this property everytime I visit Rome.

This place and Giuseppe are exquisite! My traveling companion and I were completely amazed at Giuseppe's personal attention to making our stay in Rome beyond our expectations. From the pastries and wine upon arrival and the night before our departure; an amazing night tour of Rome, complete with wine tasting, taking us around the neighborhood; showing us how to get around on the buses and trains; giving suggestions for our time in Rome to picking us up and taking us to the train station; Giuseppe made our time in Rome incredibly pleasant! The apartment is more beautiful and functional than the photos show with top-of-the-line Italian appliances and fixtures. Every detail is taken care of down to WiFi and access to an excellent laptop computer in the apartment. If you're ever in Rome, this is THE place to stay! Magnifico!

My wife and I stayed a week and what a great pick it was. Giuseppe was like having our own concierge. Something I did not expect when renting a residence. Always accessible for questions or assistance. The apartment is certainly large enough for a family of 4, or 2 couples. Bus line and Metro (are a short walk from the apartment. The apartment is clean, modern and has all the conveniences (like laundry which was great for reducing our luggage because we were able to do a load of laundry before heading on to the next part of our trip). Pharmacy, groceries and take away food are within a couple minutes walk. It didn't present a problem for us, but could for some, the apartment is on the 2nd floor (I think that's the first floor in Italy) so beware if you have bad knees or trouble getting around. I would highly recommend this apartment AND Giuseppe to anyone. Ciao!

As well Giuseppe's welfare and hospitality impressed us very much! In all cases he stood on our side, even as I forgot my purse at the appartment, without we couldn't have travelled back to Germany!! Thanks a lot again, Giuseppe for this amazing aid....and for everything!

There are many fantastic places to stay in Rome, but this apartment is a traveler's dream! The apartment is beautiful and functional, and is located very near to every historical site in Rome. I think though, that what made this apartment most spectacular was its host, Giuseppe! He showered us with fabulous pastries and wine upon our arrival, then spoiled us with a wonderful evening tour of Rome. This apartment will defnitely be my no. 1 pick for future stays in Rome!

This was a perfect vacation! Giuseppe was a wonderful host and went above and beyond to make our stay a success. The apartment clean, modern, well stocked with basic necessities, high tech, safe and convenient to stores and the supermarket. The best part of our stay in this apartment was the incredible hospitality we received from Giuseppe. I would definitely recommend this apartment and would stay here again on future trips. Thanks Giuseppe!!

This is the best kept secret in Rome!! Most of it because of the OUTSTANDING hospitality of Giuseppe!! He was the ultimate host from providing the wine and wonderful pastries to personally walking us around the neighborhood showing us where everything is located. The absolute BEST was his personal night tour of Rome. The apartment was PERFECT!! We so enjoyed our evening of wine, bread and cheese in the beautiful garden. The accomodations were complete in every way with very reasonable rates, and the buses/metro took us right into the heart of Rome making it easy to get to wherever we wanted. If we ever go back to Rome, this is where we want to stay.
