There are pine floors & dimmable recessed lighting throughout. A computer with 2 flat screen monitors is there for your use with high speed internet access. There is a newly completed travertine bathroom with separate travertine shower ,cast iron tub & heated
travertine floors !!
The back patio has also just been completed with limestone floors, granite counters & built in commercial DCS gas grill.
The oceanfront living room has a fireplace & flat screen TV. Renting this property is comparable to a suite at the Ritz Carlton which you can see across from the condo !!

Dear Eileen & Jack, Thank you so much for your email,yes we are home safe,very tired,very weary but with lots of happy memories of our trip to the West Coast of California. We enjoyed our stay very much at Headlands I, the bathroom was particularly pleasant & peaceful, can you let me know the namebrand of the blinds on the door to the terrace. It was very tasteful,it would be great if I could source one here in the UK. We would love to come back to Headlands I. It's what we would call here in the UK "a lovely spot" although I have to say we didn't do very much,it was wonderful just to sit on the deck & watch the world go by. Due to jet lag we were up & about all times of the day & night but regardless of the time we were amazed to see from the oceanfront Living Room someone in the sea surfing , maybe that's why you Americans are so fit & healthy. Anyway,thanks again, we really enjoyed our stay at Headlands I ! Best regards, Wendy, John & Jenny Ross
