It is 0.5 mile from picture perfect Boat Meadow beach, where the sunsets are amazing! It is within minutes of the Cape’s finest ocean beaches (Nauset, Nauset Light and Coast Guard Beach) and the warm, public bay beaches (First Encounter and Skaket Beach).
It features a welcoming open floor plan and a large master suite with an upper deck that overlooks the nearby marsh, great for stargazing.
