The minute you walk thru the front door of our 8th floor condo, you will know that you are going to have a Great Time at Boardwalk Beach Resort! We are the end unit, so we have all the extra space and extra views of the Gulf! Our condo is very spacious with Bahama Theme Decor- just what you need to Escape and Get Away!
Tile floors are featured thru out the entire condo. The kitchen has beautiful granite countertops with state of the art appliances. This unit features TWO master suites with separate entrances to each one. Each suite also has an in-room safe.
One of the master bedroom suites has a mini-kitchen, coffee maker, sitting area, double sinks, and private deck! Large garden tub w/seperate walk-in shower- Beautiful and spacious. Great for the in-laws! This room can be closed off from the resto of the main unit for extra privacy.
The main master suite is located on the beach side overlooking the pool and ocean with large double sinks, garden tub, separate walk-in shower, and walk-in closet. This room has its own balcony access.
The third room features a Queen size bedroom with full bathroom, and a fourth bedroom has bunk beds that are perfect for the little ones!
The den is spacious with a hide-a-bed sofa and plenty of room for everyone. Large kitchen with seating for 8 and bar counter.
The extra large balcony is overlooking the beautiful gulf and the large pool area- What more could you ask for? There is also an onsite restaurant and full bar with beach music provided during the summer season! Rental beach chairs and activities galore- parasailing, jet-ski, and windsurfing are also available for the young at heart!
We are sure you will have a GREAT TIME in our lovely condo- Come On Down!!
Unit comes with 2 parking passes and up to 10/12 armbands for resort property use. Check-in is at 3 pm and check-out is at 10 am, we'd love to have you stay longer, but our cleaning ladies have to have the unit ready in time for our next guests. This resort has an activities desk that details numerous happenings around the area for all guests, from SNOWBIRDS to KIDDIES!
We accept payment by credit card or certified check only. We will be willing to give a discount for full payment in advance!!! Half payment plus deposit is due at time of booking, and then the other half 3 weeks in advance of arrival date. All keys, armbands, and parking passes will be mailed to you in advance! We can't wait to have you as our guest!

Why the Owner Chose Boardwalk Beach Resort
Boardwalk is a great vacation spot for the whole family- we have owned it since it was buily in 2005. Our family has spent many vacations here and come back time after time for the great sunsets and walks on the beach! It is located at a great location on the gulf driving distance to all of the area attractions and within walking distance to many. There are great restaurants to eat at the gulf and wonderful fishing!

While at Boardwalk you can vacation and could not even leave the resort if you wanted. We are close to the new Ripley's Believe It or Not, Pineapple Willie's, Pompano's Restaurant and Sushi Bar, and Walmart for all of your needs. My family loves vacation, and this was the ultimate. Everything was clean and easy, which is important when you have a lot of people in one place! This was simple from checkin to checkout. Beautiful-we can't wait to do it again!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Boardwalk! The condo was very nice and provided plenty of space for our group. The Corner Market and Under the Boardwalk are especially handy for quick snacks and treats for the kids. I can't say enough nice things about our stay in your condo and how pleasant you have been to work with!

This condo is great. The end unit offers alot of space and extra light. Each bedroom has a window with a view. The private balcony was great in the lock-off unit. The main balcony was huge! The rental process was very smooth and the Cooleys were great to work with. This condo is within walking distance to Spinnaker's & Pineapple Willies for lunches by the beach. We would definitely recommend this condo.
