Monarch Mills Lofts is nestled between LoDo and Riverfront Park, Monarch Mills is the perfect environment for urban dwellers. The name "Monarch Mills" refers to the flour mill building that stood on the site until it was destroyed by a fire in 1993.
Only blocks away from shopping and restaurants at Larimer Square, Tabor Center and the cultural Denver Center for Performing Arts. Three minute walk to Pepsi Center, 9 minute walk to Coors Field and Invesco Field. A wonderful condo with easy access to downtown via a free bus. Great view and balcony. Pet friendly with close access to a river walk. We would sure stay again. The owner was very friendly and helpful.
