Two large bedrooms (one with twin beds and one with a king) and a full bath are on the second floor.
The finished basement houses a pool table and another 36 inch home theater system. A fourth bedroom with twin beds and a half bath are located here. A separate entrance leads out to the pool area. All of this is located in beautiful New Seabury near jogging paths, golf, and beaches.
