The gorgeous beach front location and panoramic views of Destin's world renowned white sugar sand beaches and azure water make this lovely resort condominium the perfect vacation getaway for up to six people. This 17th floor unit affords breathtaking views from both the front and rear looking down the full length of the Destin Harbor and across the Choctawhatchee Bay as you are walking into your unit and then, of course, your own private balcony overlooking the beach and Gulf of Mexico.
The unit is fully equipped with TVs and media players as well as all the appliances you will need. The kitchen is fully appointed with all the china, silverware, variety of glassware and cooking and serving utensils and appliances you will need for your stay.
Just across the street is the areas best water park, Big Kahunas, and there are excellent restaurants ranging from 4 star to casual dining and Pizza all around. I call Destin a big little town because it is small enough to be charming yet it has world class amenities and restaurants including being one of the top golfing destinations in the Southern United States.
The beaches in Destin have been ranked best in the US by experts in such things and are ranked among the top in the world. The sugar white sand has to be seen to be appreciated and the effect it has on the water color is truly stunning.
If you love deep sea fishing you are in for a treat. Destin has the largest Charter fleet in Florida due to fact that its location is the closest to deep water in Florida which makes it a fantastic fishing venue for marlin, grouper, red snapper, wahoo, cobia, king mackerel, sail fish and amberjack. I can honestly say I have never had a bad fishing trip out of Destin and I have gone many times.

We really enjoyed our stay at Pelican Beach Unit 1710 last week. The unit was fantastic and have no complaints whatsoever about it. It was perfect!! Love the place had the best views. I saw dolphines on the balcony on morning it was great. had a great time hope to be back and stay here again next summer!!
