  Owner easy to work with. Condo is very comfortable. Decorated nicely. Has everything you need. Any complaints would be so minor they wouldn't be worth mentioning. Bed was comfortable. The views from up high are great. Hope to rent again next year. Pelican Beach is a great place to stay and this condo is top notch! You can't go wrong here.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

  This was our first time in Destin and we liked it very much. It was too cold to get in the water but the unit and the view were very nice. The owner was also acoomodating when we asked to check in early. Thank You!

  This condo was exactly as we expected it to be. The views from the balcony were amazing and we were able to eat dinner out there several evenings. Being able to go outside and be on the beach was the best part. The location of the condo in Destin was close to everything you need. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone who is looking for a great rental at a great price. Dealing with Holly made the whole experience a breeze (my first VRBO experience) and I will definitely consider staying again. Thank you so much!

  Thank you for the opportunity to stay in your condo earlier in June. It was very comfortable, centrally located in Destin, and I believe a good location that promotes an atmosphere for the entire family. Additionally, it was more reasonably priced than any other location on the beach. Also, I want to mention that Holly does an excellent job facilitating the rental process. She is very friendly and made the overall experience about as simple as it can be made. Again, thanks...

  This condo exceeded our expectation, is on the beach, it's very clean and well maintained, spacious, very quiet, has everything you need in the kitchen and best of all has a MARVELOUS VIEW day & night! Mike the owner and Holly are wonderful to talk to, Mike was actually were very gracious to let us check in a bit earlier. I would recommend this condo to all my friends and I will return to Destin and stay in this condo any given opportunity! THANK YOU Mike and Holly for making this place feel like home!!!!!

  We had a great time in Destin. The Condo was wonderful. Very clean, nice king size bed. Been going to Destin for the last 12 years and this was the nicest Condo ever and at a great price. I came away felling like I got a great deal. Can’t wait to stay at the Condo again next year.The Pelican management takes really good care of the property. Thanks again.
