Aspen Acres is a beautiful newer mountain home approximately 12 miles south of Breckenridge in the Placer Valley subdivision at the base of Hoosier Pass. Easy access via Hwy 9 to all the Summit County ski areas plus the quaint town of Alma is just a mile away. This 2800 square foot home features a huge deck to take advantage of the mountain, river and pond views.
Main level has an open floor plan with living room, dining room that seats 8, and fully equipped kitchen including island with 4 additional seats. There are two bedrooms with log beds (queen, queen) on this level plus a full bath.
Upper level features a large master bedroom with log bed (king), a master bath with separate spa tub & shower and a huge loft with sitting area and additional sleeping space (twin, twin and daybed/king). There is also a desk with satellite internet access at no extra charge.
Lower level features a pool table, wet bar, TV, and game table with poker top. The third full bath and laundry are also on this level. All 3 levels have TVs with DirecTV and DVD/VCR. We also have board games and many books to read.
Trout fishing is right across the street in the Platte river and just down the road is the Montgomery reservoir plus plenty of hiking, biking and 4 wheel trails. Grocery stores, video rental, bars/restaurants and some shopping is nearby. Breckenridge ski area is just a short 20 minute drive away.
Pets (maximum 2) are allowed with approval. We have a doggie door with access to the gated deck. Contact owners for more information.
